Come enjoy your beach getaway in this large condo that's perfect for a group of up to ten! The full kitchen is equipped with all of the utensils needed for a home-cooked meal and you can enjoy the beautiful view while dining in the sunroom overlooking the sandy white beaches and the Gulf of Mexico. With this marvelous, oceanfront retreat, you will also have access to Edgewater West's outdoor pool, charcoal grills, outdoor shower, and beach access!



When you aren't relaxing on the beach, you can find plenty of delicious places to eat, local shopping, and fun activities less than two miles from the condo. Take a day to explore the Alabama Gulf State Park, only three miles away, with various trails, fishing, kayak rentals, and bicycle paths!

The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and such. Great pool and was very spacious. Very close walk to the beach which was a game changer for us this trip. Kids would walk back and forth to the shower to rinse sand off and then come back to the beach. Overall great stay.

Needs some maintenance

We could tell it was an older rental, could use an update and a very good cleaning. We had problems with a rodent on the 2nd night, only plus about this rental is that it is in a great location!! It does have potential to be a great place to stay!!

Couldn’t get any closer to the beach! Plenty of beds and bathrooms for our family of 6. Place was clean. Great view. The complex kept the outside area clean and well maintained. The actual condo was well stocked with kitchen items, lots of seating, and games. Would go back in a heartbeat

Checking was easy. Kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, utensils and silverware but absolutely not one spice. Not even a salt and pepper shaker. The garbage disposal was clogged up and the dishwasher kept draining in the sink and some nasty stuff was coming up. And absolutely refused us late check out no matter what. Location was great and size was what we needed but not sure we will stay again.

ROACHES !!

We got there the first night, and roaches came running out of a closet!! Next morning they were crawling on the kitchen bar and in the bathroom sink!!! It was so awful, I sat and cried!! Manager never got in touch with me after calling that very night, and the next morning! Told them about the roaches Everywhere, and it was just, "ok, ma'am, we will get to it". And they never did!!! Thank God, Vacasa helped get us out of there!! Just a nightmare!!! Sand on the bed , besides fighting roaches, and curtain had been pulled from the wall and laying on the floor !! Never again!!

Spring Break 2024

The place was clean and had everything we needed to cook for our family of 10. It's ridiculous to only provide 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, paper towel, dishwasher drop ins, garbage bags for 10 people for 7 days. That all lasted 2 days. Communication during our stay was AWFUL. I recommend not using the texting app as it is a waste of time. None of my concerns were addressed during our stay. We had no idea where to take out the garbage. One of the tv's in a bedroom didn't work at all. The tv in the living room has some parental control password that wasn't given to us. It was frustrating.

To clarify, while we do supply a starter kit of supplies, like trash bags, it is only meant to get your stay off to a good start and might not last your entire visit, especially for large parties. Our local manager noted that the amenities for guests are listed in our check-in email and we apologize for any inconvenience this caused. They also assured us they have scheduled maintenance to check the TVs and we appreciate your feedback as an opportunity to improve. We hope you will give us another opportunity to provide you with a much-improved experience in the future.

The place itself was nice and very clean

We really enjoyed our stay. The walk to the beach is so close which was awesome. The property was clean and exactly like it looked. It had extra blankets and plenty of towels. The bad...I never received the code so had to put in a call that took a while to get the entry code. Was told we would get 2 parking passes and only got 1. When I reached out (seriously like 4 separate times) I was told someone would contact us which they never did. Then was told they would drop one off which they never did. Thank God it wasn't an issue. The outlets in every single bathroom did not work. I did my hair in the kitchen and used my reflection in the microwave as a mirror. The elevator did not work. Thank God we were on the second floor.
