The floors were not clean carpets could use an update for sure Side note rcvd s text that furniture was going to be delivered with out us there that the delivery people had our code to condo and would enter when they wanted to and hsve the code for remaning of our stay ..suggestion have them deliver on checkout day ..or install a safe for valueables to be placed ..think about it Also on checkout day we are asked to take out garbage no problem for future what does clean up crew do what is fee we paid for cleaning crew ? The condo was nice. It was well equipped. We loved the ice maker! We had a few housekeeping problems upon arrival, but they were taken care of and the service was very friendly and helpful. Except for the parking we liked that this was a smaller complex. It was exactly what we were looking for, a relaxing, small, and quiet place to spend time with family.

The complimentary supplies were not received in the master bedroom. Daughter and son-in-law discovered their bathroom sink clogged with what he described as vomit. I think he managed to remove it (YUCK)... I cannot imagine. Pool could have been cleaner as well. However, overall we enjoyed our stay, as this was our second annual visit to Casa del sol E1 and we do plan to visit again. Thank you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very spacious condo. We loved the large balcony and spacious bedrooms and baths! The ice machine was a great addition too. We have zero complaints (besides the elevator being soooo slow) and will definitely be staying here in the future!

Nice Condo

My overall experience was a good one. Condo was nice. Had a few cosmetic issues and the couch had stains on it when we arrived but all beds were nice and clean. Check in was delayed about an hour due to the condo still being cleaned but our family enjoyed our vacation and would book again.

Great getaway with family and friends

Casa Del Sol E-1 is a wonderful place to stay. Condo was very spacious and up to date. Newly modeled kitchen. Patio/ balcony was huge. Decorated very nicely. Great location close to everything. There are only 14 units in condominium so it was nice not over crowded. Very clean no complaints really other than needs newer washer and dryer. Other than that definitely a great place to stay. We are coming back again for sure.

Nice condo but cleanliness a problem.

I was not able to go as my dad passed away the morning of our check-in but the rest of our group was able to go. They enjoyed their stay but said there were several issues with the cleanliness.

Perfect beach location

Even though the building is old, the unit was decorated nicely, had plenty of room, and provided lots of chairs on balcony for great Gulf views. Communication with managing company, Liquid Life, was excellent. Place was clean but did have to ask them to come and clean all ceiling fans since they were covered in black dust. There were a few stains on white slip covered sofa and also on white pillow sham on one of the beds but I guess that can be expected when everything is white. Would come here again.

The place is beautiful, and so cute.. we all began to get sick after the first night.. after looking around black mold was in two of the three showers.. beside the air vent in the ceiling, in one of the bathrooms, and all in the ice maker.. with the price we paid, the black mold was crazy. The bathroom outlets also quit working the first night. It’s a cute place, but needs better cleaning..

5th condo view beautiful

The condo was decorated with beach vibe, Best view of beach being on the 5th floor. Kitchen stocked with everything you needed to cook. Enjoyed the stay. Issues were fan broken in third bedroom, hair dryer broken in third bathroom. Couch white was spotted here and there was dirty. Floor carpet dirty spots and not vacuumed in areas. All bath showers and tubs very dated.

My two adult children, 4-yr old granddaughter, and I enjoyed our 3-bedroom condo overlooking the Gulf and pool and look forward to doing it again. Beautiful condo. Very relaxing stay. One con... I've stay in VRBOs several times a year and have for many years and this was the first time we had to buy so much extra stuff that was not provided by condo owner... beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, etc. Every VRBO beach condo I've ever stayed in has a closet full of stuff for guests to use. So just be prepared for the extra costs.
