Dive into the on-site amenities to see just how much Sterling Reef has to offer, including a bi-level swimming pool, fitness center and activity room. This condo also has an updated, full-size kitchen, flat screen, cable TV, and central air-conditioning.



In addition to being located right on the white, sandy beach, Shipwreck Island Waterpark is located just across the street from the complex. Visit a number of other popular attractions such as the Panama Dunes Adventure Park, The Original Goofy Golf, and Ripley's Believe It Or Not. Dining options are also available like Harpoon Harry's, Margaritaville, and Pineapple Willy's, all within five miles of this vacation rental.



THINGS TO KNOW

After making your reservation, you will receive an email a few days before your arrival date from GuestSVCS to register your vehicle. There is a maximum limit of two vehicles per reservation and the charge is $50.00 per vehicle registration.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.

No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.

No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

This rental is located on floor 7 above the parking garage.

The pool is heated from December 1 until March 1
