Amazing view, corner unit is a big plus! The unit was clean, the foam on the outdoor wicker sofa was torn but we didn't need it, there was enough sitting options on the balcony. They have every basic thing you might need. Communication was ok, messaging through VRBO made it a bit harder, response notification through email was a bit confusing because of the auto response by the property, you have to scroll through before you can find the actual response.

The condo was lovely and provided our family lots of room and comfort. The complex was less accommodating and created some frustrations during our vacation. Parking was a struggle and the elevators were a nightmare with the July heat. Great condo not so great complex.

Floors didn’t seem as if they were mopped, still dirty, elevators were extremely slow, has to pay to park, 50 per car, that was not mentioned ahead of time, except the email we received on the way down but couldn’t do because of driving. Headboard was broken, patio chair cushions were torn all to pieces. Not going to stay there again.

We had a great stay with great views at this unit. Only issue we had during our stay was paying for parking(it ended up taking 24hrs to figure the issue out). All in all it was an amazing location to spend our time at during our vacation , would book again!!!

We stayed here for a week. Great location, great views from the balcony, and close to everything! A little marketing miscommunication between the host and what was listed on VRBO but that was worked out. We have stayed at multiple places similar on previous vacations. The room was nice “as expected” but a few recommendations have been made to the host.. Kitchen is well stocked except for grilling utensils for the gas grills available. Furniture needs some cleaning and the table and beds tightened. Can’t even sit on the bed let alone anything else without waking up the neighbors.. :) minor touches like cushions need replaced on the balcony furniture. Overall satisfied 8/10.

Wonderful condo!

I would highly recommend this condo! Excellent location and the view was amazing. It was very clean and comfortable and was exactly as pictured. Close to restaurants and a water park. I would stay here again!

The unit was nice, views were beautiful. We had a few issues, but the management was very responsive and fixed them very quickly. Overall, I would stay there again.

Pros: The condo was in a great location and the ocean view was amazing. It was exactly as described. Waking up to that was amazing. Cons: Remember to bring your own toilet paper and trash bags, because what you are provided will not last. I did notice other condos came with much more complimentary things, including beach items, necessities, children’s items, and cooking supplies. This one does not. The door to enter was AWFUL to get into and directions to do so were never given. You have to enter a code, turn a lock, pull back on another handle and THEN push the door open. After traveling all day and getting in at 11pm, trying to figure this out to finally rest was not a good experience. We called and spoke to someone on the phone who had no idea what to do and kept telling us to turn the lock and enter the door… We finally figured it out on our own after 30 minutes of standing outside with my family including a 2 year old. The additional 50 per diem parking was also never relayed until the day of. There are no extra blankets if you are needing one. The beds are not very comfortable and need tightening. Every time you move, it sounds like the frame and headboard will fall off. When trying to adjust it, we found a previous guests swimsuit, washcloths, and alot of dirt and dust. I don’t think it’s ever thoroughly coeaned. And lastly, the patio chairs can definitely be replaced. As much as you spend to stay, you’d think they could have done that already or atleast the cushions.

We got the same room we had last year because we liked it so much. We had a wonderful view. And it was decorated so well. It had all the amenities necessary for a comfortable week's stay.

Great trip

Stayed with our 2 adult kids (son and daughter) plus her husband and our grand daughter. Ate great food, went deep sea fishing, shopping and our 3 y/o grand daughter got a hole in one playing gooney golf. Great time relaxing

We found our go-to PCB condo

We have stayed in quite a few Panhandle condos over the years and this one may be the One. Great parking situation and location near the pier. The spaciousness is surprising and views terrific, particularly at the dining table. Management was first rate when we needed some help, thanks Sheryl and Christopher! A lot of boxes checked off and great value.

Great condo

We loved the view of the gulf. Disappointed the pool is not available and the first weekend of May is Thunder Beach with a motorcycle rally, loud music - all night long. We would go back, but not during that event.
