The Space:

Enjoy a location in the heart of Destin that offers ample opportunities for family fun. As part of the Sterling Shores resort, this condo invites you dig your toes in the sand at the private beach. After rinsing off in the outdoor shower, make a splash in one of the two on-site pools. Additional resort amenities include a picnic area with a gas grill, a seasonal snack shack, and a fitness center. Picturesque views of the Gulf await back at home on your furnished balcony. Feel the breeze through the palm trees while you kick back with a cold beverage. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare meals. When it's time to eat, the kitchen bar and adjacent dining table accommodate eight. In the evenings, settle into the living room for a movie night. Please be advised that a roof replacement project is currently underway at Sterling Shores, with an anticipated completion date by the end of September 2026, and a walkway project through December 2026. Construction activity will occur Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of Sunday work if weather delays are encountered. During morning hours (7:00 AM to approximately noon), guests may experience sawing and scraping noise, most notably in penthouse units. Afternoon work is expected to be considerably quieter. For the floor project, you may deal with noise, dust, and grinding sound.
