Community Amenities: New Sport Court for tennis, badminton, pickleball, basketball, cornhole & putting green (facility only – equipment is not provided), outdoor swimming pool (pool typically open May 15 - October 15 9am - 9pm), Grilling Area, Oceanfront Gazebo with seating, Private Beach Access Walkway, and Outside Showers. Please Note: Fire pit and clubhouse are for owner use only.
PARKING INFORMATION:
● Each reservation will receive 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes.
● Golf Carts and boat/trailer parking are Not Permitted on Queens Court Grounds.
Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.

Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during in Season.
