Start your morning with amazing views of the Emerald Isle sunrise from our 4th floor Ocean view condo. Walk a few steps to the elevator to make your way to the pool or beach with access to our outdoor storage which includes beach chairs, sand toys, and boogie boards. Located in a gated community with pools (opening May 15th), tennis courts, and outdoor showers coming off of the beach. Conveniently located within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and the Emerald Isle bike path. The pier can also be viewed from the unit and is just a short walk down the beach!

Come stay at the Beach Hive and enjoy all that Emerald Isle and the local area has to offer!

Perfect Beach Retreat

There are not enough words to express our delightful experiences at this amazing home away from home. The location in proximity to the beach as well of all of the amenities was beyond expectations. In addition, the view of the ocean from the balcony provided an aurora of serenity. We will definitely cannot wait to return.

Peaceful retreat at the beach

The unit is exactly as described, and a great location in Emerald Isle--a few steps away from an uncrowded beach, and within walking distance to several restaurants and grocery stores. The weather wasn't ideal for beach weather during our stay, but the unit was a wonderful second-choice option, and worked out very nicely. Thanks for an enjoyable stay!

Wonderful Stay!!

This was our first visit to Emerald Isle but definitely won't be our last. We had a little trouble getting in touch with rental office but after that everything was smooth sailing. Condo was perfect, just as advertised. Clean and updated! We really enjoyed our stay there and won't be the last time we're there to relax.

The gate code we were provided didn’t work and I was provided the wrong door code as well. The kitchen light didn’t work and I reported it but no one ever came to fix it. I had to ask for a new shower curtain liner for the guest bathroom because it was moldy and gross. There was mold along the grout and the master shower also had mold. It definitely needs a deep clean to clean under and behind furniture. Other than that, the condo was nice, great view of the ocean. The kitchen was stocked with lots of dishes and appliances. Master bed was comfy. Lots of books and games. It was off season so hardly anybody on the beach or pool. Sunset was gorgeous!! and the bluest water we’ve ever seen on the Atlantic coast.

Apartment was well kept with excellent view of the ocean. We ate dinner on balcony each night of our stay. King bed was very comfortable. We slept in every morning. The only issues that you may want to address are not enough silverware, need larger coffee/ tea mugs, larger cereal bowls and extra blankets. It was a wonderful week, perfect weather and ocean temperature. Thank you for your hospitality.

A visit to the Beehive

This is our second visit to this property this year and we enjoyed it very much. However, I would strongly recommend that the king bed be replaced as it is very uncomfortable and ruins your sleep each night. The accommodations are too nice to have it blemished by a very uncomfortable bed. Suggest a sleep number bed to replace the existing king bed.

Beach Hive stay

We had a great visit and time at this property. A few suggestions: - A large skillet would be great - we only had the 2 small skillets and it was difficult to make large meals. - The water pressure for the shower in the 2nd bathroom was so weak that we were not able to take showers there. - I never did get a response to a question I had about whether beach chairs were available at the property. I emailed the owners and called the property management company and received no response from either. Other than this, the place was great and we were very happy with it. I especially loved the easy access to the beach for walks on the beach. We would definitely stay there again!

Hi Beth, thanks for the feedback. I am not sure if you missed my message during your stay and the instructions regarding beach chairs in the storage unit, but hopefully you saw them in there. I am actually bringing an entirely new pot and pan set this weekend based on the feedback and will take a look at the 2nd shower. I’m glad you enjoyed the stay and hope to have you again!

Wonderful!

This condo with an amazing ocean view is perfect for a beach vacation! The owners have obviously prioritized the amenities that are most important to guests! The newly renovated bathrooms are amazing, as is the kitchen! The new washer and dryer are definitely appreciated! The bar-height table and chairs on the balcony, which also look new, provide a beautiful ocean view!The master bedroom mattress is incredibly comfortable, while the master bedroom also has a great ocean view. cleanliness is high on my list of priorities, and this condo is incredibly clean! A big plus is that you will have your feet in the sand on the beach by walking less than two minutes! also, the owner is very communicative and responsive! I would definitely return here!

Great Condo!

The Condo was just as described and our family loved the easy beach access and the pool. I was not expecting the kitchen to be as bare as it was besides salt,pepper, vegetable oil, and a couple other spices in a cabinet so we had to go to the Publix across the street to get everything we needed to make meals, right down to aluminum foil. There was also barely any dish soap to handwash big pots and pans, only one old sponge and no replacements or dishrags to wash dishes with, and no trash bags for the kitchen trashcan so I had to buy those as well. Im used to the kitchen being stocked with the minumim needed supplies in condos we have stayed at in the past so was a little disappointed about that.

Hi Jolene, I’ll have our mgmt folks take a look. We don’t have them as included in the listing, but we still typically have the soap dispenser full as well as an entire pack of sponges below the sink and foil in the drawer. We understand sometimes people go through more of these than expected, so we always are open to messages if something seems to be missing.
