Great spot and clean condo. Only negative was the bed was very uncomfortable! I’d recommend to upgrade the bed to be more comfortable for guests.

Ocean front with lots of room. Very nice and clean. My only complaint was the dryer had to be started 3 times to dry a very small load and there were no pans for the oven. Everything else was great. We would definitely stay there again.

The property was very well represented in its advertisement. The view was fantastic. Everything was very clean and in great condition. For a place that was on the beach I was shocked that I did not find any sand on the floors. I also didn't realize there was an extra toilet and sink for the bedroom.

My family enjoyed this condo so much! This momma appreciated the extra towels, sheets, and blankets because I was not prepared for the amount of pool, Beach, and sand time. The view was beautiful! The location was exactly what we wanted. The kids enjoyed the pool after getting enough sand. My husband and I enjoyed the patio and the outside shower at the entry and exit of the beach walk. Thank you, Avari, for making my daughter's 10th birthday trip memorable and sweet.

It started off rocky, woke up to not 1 but 2 coffee pots not working. They brought a new one latter that day. The extra blankets where NOT clean. They stunk, the sheet and pillow were stained. We tried washing them to dicover the dryer did not work properly it took 4 HOURS to dry 1 thin blanket. They never came to fix the dryer. But other then that, it was a great location and everything else was clean.

The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were dirty when I stripped the bed, glad I brought my own. The couch was dirty, stained a white sheet when I slept on it. I washed some towels and it took approximately 5 hours to dry them because the dryer didn’t work. There was no elevator, so please know that this is not handicap accessible except for the 1st floor. On the bright side, it was in a great location on the beach and came with complimentary beach chairs and umbrella service.
