This is by far the nicest condo I have stayed in at this complex!! Everything was very nice and clean. It has been upgraded. The host left everything that we needed available for us. Highly recommend!!

We enjoyed our stay. The host kept us well informed in a timely manner. I would recommend replacing the teflon cookware and the bed mattress. Other than that, everything was to our liking.

30th Anniversary get away

Great Stay

This was the first kid free getaway for my husband and I and the condo was great. The beach chairs were amazing and the condo had all amenities we were looking for. It is on the third floor, but the walk up did not bother us one bit, because we had a beautiful view. Already planning our trip back.

Very comfortable and clean!

Love the place. The beach is over crowded though with all the high rises all up and down the beach now! Beach not as crowded just a few years ago when we first started staying at Island sands 303!
