This polished home features a screened-in porch that's perfect for morning cups of coffee and al fresco dinners, a light-filled kitchen where you can prepare meals and beach snacks, as well as access to a shared outdoor swimming pool that will welcome you home from the beach each afternoon.



What's nearby:

Destin's white sand beach on the Gulf of Mexico is just a short walk from home. When you're not sunbathing or swimming, you can sit down for a beachfront meal at Pompano Joe's (half a mile southwest) or The Crab Trap (two miles southwest). You'll also be an easy walk from several great shopping options, two miles west of the Silver Sands Premium Outlets, and four miles east of fantastic shopping, dining, and entertainment at Destin Commons.

Nice home in a beautiful area and very convenient to beach, grocery, restaurants and everything.

Loved the area and family staying at Mainsail. Easy to visit them. Great time and had everything we needed at our home. Would recommend this home.

First visit to Florida!

We had a very restful relaxing vacation with my Grandson while visiting Miramar Beach. Lots to see and do: snorkeling, paddle boarding, dolphin watching, deep sea fishing, jet skiing, and just laying on the beach. Not to mention the great food. The grand finale was dinner at Emeril’ with Emerile “In House”! Amazing!

Great Week!

Loved the house! My wife and I took a last minute trip to Destin and stayed here for 5 nights. Was worried at first about it not being right on the beach but it is a 5 minute walk to the private beach or 2 minute drive to the public beach where you can park. The pool in the neighborhood worked out great as well. I would highly recommend this house! Could easily sleep 4.

Very clean very nice but house has nothing as far as salt, pepper, dish soap, paper towels etc etc so you end up buying lots of odds n ends. Otherwise very clean and centrally located

Christmas Stay

The location is great, the property is cute, due to age and use the walls/doors/baseboards are a bit dirty not wiped down very well. Lighter couch is very dirty, didn't want to sit on it without a blanket. Guest bathroom tub was a bit dirty, kitchen floor was sticky, no ice maker upon arriving, no oven mitts, basic items that would be needed. Loved the location and size of kitchen with living room.

short getaway

The house did appear from photos to be nice however it needs a serious cleaning and spray for bugs. The carpet had food specks on it did not appear vacuumed. Both sofas had many big food stains so we covered with sheets to sit on them. The kitchen needed a good scrubbing, cabinet doors were dingy with food finger prints. There were dirty dishes and utensils obviously not washed and put away. The master sheets had hair and other particles on them so we requested new sheets and they were delivered. We also had issues with roaches. Spider webs could be seen on the baseboards in kitchen- dining area and also the master bedroom walls. The patio floor had muddy shoe prints. The tile flooring felt sticky. Walker gate code did not work they never gave me a correct code so a local shared the code which was not the same but it worked and saved us from climbing the fence to get out. . We did not use the pool but did appear to be too small for the number of houses in the gated area. I would not stay here again. Was not cleaned liked they said.

Nice community, terrible house

House has not been updated since it was built. Owner should be ashamed. Windows have never been cleaned, they don't open, screens are terrible. Master bedroom furniture is terrible, worst bed that I ever slept on, tv in master is a joke, master bath is terrible, shower doors came off Trac, had to put them back on Trac. Toilet seat loose and toilet as well. The shower was terrible, shower head was so badly corroded I thought it would fall off. The interior door to toilet/shower was installed backwards and you had work your way into room. If you need something to hold on to in shower, good luck. Shower floor is very slippery and dangerous. The kitchen was just ok needs work. 2nd bath was OK except toilet was loose and leaked at floor, had to turn water off to stop it from leaking. Couches in living room were horrible, think owner picked them off street on junk day. The outside lights did not work, had to replace bulbs myself, one fixture barely worked. Need lights to see key pad, had to use phone flashlight to see. Place could be real nice if owner would put a little money into it. Owner just collects money and puts nothing back. Could be real nice house.
