Diese schöne untere Ebene eines Hauses wurde gerade komplett mit Fliesen durchgestaltet. Nur 200 Meter vom Strand entfernt bietet dieses schöne 2BR / 2BA-Anwesen einen massiven Flachbildfernseher im Wohnzimmer, Flatscreens im gesamten Gebäude und Platz für 6 Personen. Bequem zu vielen Geschäften und Restaurants, es ist auch ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und ein kurzer Spaziergang zum Strand.

Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung:
Das Grand Boulevard Town Center ist ein fußgängerfreundlicher Einkaufs- und Restaurantkomplex in der Nähe des Emerald Coast Parkway, in der Nähe von Sandestin und Miramar Beach. Für den High-End-Käufer bietet das Center alles von der Fusion Art Glass Gallery bis zum Brooks Brothers Country Club. Girls trip to the beach.

Really loved this location. The beach was really close so no having to fight for parking on the beach. The property was neat and clean. Nothing to complain about but would like to make a suggestion, that there be a body mirror. Us girls love to see what we look like . Would definitely stay again without a doubt. This location is also very close to a seafood restaurant called Pompanos and it was delicious. We walked to it and only took not even 5 minutes, again didn't need to fight for parking.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The location was perfect—just steps from the beach with beautiful views and peaceful surroundings. The home was clean, well-stocked, and exactly as described in the listing. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like beach chairs, towels, and a fully equipped kitchen.Communication with the host was smooth and prompt, making check-in and check-out very easy. Great experience. Perfect location centered around food and barely a walk to the beach. Place had everything needed. Owner was very communicative and willing to help with anything needed. Very nice person. Definitively will book again and again the stay was very inviting.

Great place and great location

The condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the beach every day. It is located close to restaurants and shops. We definitely recommend staying here and we would love to stay again.

Amazing Place!!!

This was our second time staying here and once again it beat all expectations! Noticeably they’ve made some upgrades with appliances that really tie the whole place together. Communication was extremely easy and the owner is quick to respond. It really is 200 steps from the beach and is in the center of everything. Thank you again for an amazing stay!

Girls Getaway

The building is split into 4 apartments and we stayed in 202. As far as location you can not beat it, this is the best thing it had going for it. We did have enough towels, toilet paper, and paper towels for our stay. Beds were okay. The cleanliness of the apartment however was rough. The door to the apartment is dirty and the walls need a good scrubbing. The worst part are the cockroaches. I messaged owner about roaches and she called me to relay to me that she knew about them b/c of a previous guest. She said that she has people spray every quarter and that is why the roaches were moving (because it was just sprayed at the beginning of the month). She also told me the apartment had roaches because it was on the lower level. Owner was regretful about situation and apologized but it is not okay. Roaches are disgusting and if she was aware of the problem she should have informed me of issue before I arrived and allowed me to make other arrangements. She said she was going to offer a token of gratitude through Venmo but as of now she has not.

“Spring break trip”

This particular property did not live up to its listing credentials! First of all, it was not modern in many ways at all. There was not enough space in the unit for 6 people as it was listed? The kitchen was very, very small and did not provide space to eat as a family. The place had not been cleaned well or in awhile! The master bath (shower) head fell off halfway through our stay and the 2nd guest bathroom drastically needed work on the walls and the shower. In short, my family did not enjoy our stay! “The unit truly needs work” if it’s to be listed as it has been…

Short walk to the beach

The host was very good about getting back to me with any questions I had!! I recommend if you’re staying more than a couple days to bring extra toiletries, paper towels, and trash bags as only two days worth were available to us and we stayed 6 nights!! But overall was a pretty good experience!!

Great place close to the beach

Cozy home just a short walk to the beach. Location is also great because you can walk to Pompano Joe's and other little shops nearby. Washer and dryer definitely came in handy for washing our beach towels each day. Owner Tiffany was very responsive anytime we needed anything. Highly recommend.

The owner is phenomenal.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this property. We had a couple different issues during our stay and Tiffany was very responsive and got these issues resolved in unbelievable time. She made sure we were not inconvenienced at all! The only issues I had was that the area around the property is really disorganized and there are some random things lying around - like a circular saw and an electric leaf blower. Neither of those things posed an issue for us (with little, little kids) but I can see how a circular saw could pose a serious danger. They should really remove these things from the accessible area on the property. They were mixed in with beach toys and boogie boards and right by the entrance. We did not have problems with these things but I have a kid with a proclivity for mischief so I was naturally a bit concerned. Overall the stay was absolutely phenomenal. We had the time of our lives and we will definitely be back. We fell in love with the area! The beach is a short 5 minute walk to the beach! We went on a snorkeling tour and also took a boat to crab island and I highly recommend both of those things. The property was lovely to return to at the end of a busy day. It felt a lot like home and we did not want to leave!
