The Space:

Tucked away in between our emerald Gulf of Mexico and the sound, walk up the short flight of stairs and enter this condominium providing guests with the best of both worlds. Located directly across a two-lane beach road, this is the perfect family retreat that will make everyone in the family happy. Enjoy the lush landscaping that leads you to the sound which provides a spectacular view of its own either from the well-landscaped lawn or from your balcony view. This charming, fully furnished unit, which features a brand new air conditioner, provides you with the comfort of home while at the beach. Enjoy your coffee in the morning while watching spectacular sunrises and sunsets, sit on the balcony, and enjoy the gentle breeze that reminds you of what island life is all about. If you want to try your hand at fishing, walk out on the private pier, or try our pond then enjoy our pool as you unwind from a day of activities. If you want to experience island life, walk along well-maintained sidewalks that take you from Fort Pickens to the Boardwalk or Casino Beach for nightlife.



Sitting on the west end of Pensacola Beach, there will be no delay watching the waves crash on the sand mere steps away. If you want to venture out a bit, the beauty of Park West is a half-mile walk away. For a fun day trip of sightseeing and historic landmarks, don't hesitate to check out Fort Pickens sitting just eight miles west. Not to mention, downtown Pensacola Beach is a great place to grab a bite to eat, fish off the pier, or grab a souvenir from one of the local shops!

Fun stay!

We had a nice reunion with our daughter and grandson at this location. The property was great and the rooms were very clean. A few minor condo flaws that did not really impact our stay. We especially enjoyed the daily beach chairs and umbrella setup that were included in the rental price.

Good location for being away from the center of activity. Near a good restaurant. Comfortable beds. Close to beach and sound. Property clean and well equipped. Only downside was the sofa and bar stool cushions need cleaning.

The location was extremely nice and we were able to walk everywhere! I would return for sure! Apartment was very clean and organized for having so many people in a smaller area. Perfect Getaway!

My husband and I so enjoyed our stay at Baywatch unit F4. The property was just as advertised, kitchen very well stocked with anything you need to prepare meals, Beautiful pool, bay side sidewalks, group fire pit and a short walk to the beach. Even complimentary beach umbrella and chairs delivered and set up for us on the beach each day of our stay. We will definitely be back!!

Cute, Clean, and Comfortable

My wife and I stayed here from May 7-10 while we were in Pensacola Beach for a short vacation and graduation. It was well priced, clean, comfortable, spacious (for two), and well decorated and themed. We actually never used the stove or TVs or anything, just the bed, couch, backdoor patio, and refrigerator. Wonderful stay and experience. They mean business with their 10am checkout time though ...

All great and good value except first day wifi was off. Manager was helpful snd courteous a d had cable co fix but 1 day without wifi and cable tv is a deal killer. Thanks for the $75 refund but again no wifibfor a day of a weekend stay is a deal killer

Glorious condo

Condo was very clean, and supplied us with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, and fully stocked kitchen for cooking. A short, pleasant walk to the uncrowded beach. Access code did not work upon arrival, so I called and the sweet lady had me a code that did work within minutes. Enjoyed the private balcony with a descent view. It was fun walking down the Baywatch pier, and one of our favorite activities was watching the precious turtle family in the fountain area. We absolutely loved it!

Very Comfortable!

Enjoyed the stay. The unit was nice, but no view to speak of. One day free beach umbrella, table and chairs included on the beach across the street and down a block. My biggest complaint is that VRBO charged $54 booking fee that I could have avoided had I gone through Wyndham directly. Shame on me....
