Die Einrichtung und Einrichtung ist wunderschön und hochwertig. Das Schlafzimmer bietet ein Doppelbett, ein eigenes Bad mit Jet-Garten-Wanne und schöne benutzerdefinierte Fliesenarbeiten und privaten Golf mit Blick auf den überdachten Balkon. Das Gästezimmer bietet ein Queensize-Bett und teilt sich ein Bad mit dem Wohnbereich. Die Küche verfügt über alle Edelstahlgeräte, solides Oberflächensortiment mit individuell gestalteten Fliesenrückwänden, Geschirrspüler, Müllentsorgung und erhöhten Frühstücksbar. Der Wohnbereich hat einen überdachten Balkon mit Blick auf den Golf und das Schlafsofa, so dass insgesamt sechs Personen schlafen können.

Diese Wohnung bietet einen überdachten Tandem-Parkplatz für zwei Fahrzeuge und einen Aufzug für die Gäste während der An- und Abreise.

Great rental experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Words can't do justice to the unobstructed view of the gulf from this home. The property was clean, quiet, and had everything our family needed for a weeklong vacation. We will definitely stay here again.

Our ice maker didnt work but the staff made that right for us by bringing us. Washer didnt work.

The place had great location and nice helpful staff. The only issues we had was the washing machine didnt work which made it very hard with children with special needs. And the ice maker didnt work

There were a lot more people in that location this time, and a lot of them were very loud, and left trash everywhere. So we ended up staying over on the sound side for most of the week so we could relax.

We normally stay closer to the boardwalk area but this was a nice change the beach was less crowded. The pool overlooked the bay great for sunset watching. The Kitchen was large great for having multiple cooks working. There are no grills on this complex but the park across the street has charcoal grills for your use if you want to cook out.

We were cooking pasta and there was not a pot to handle it. I would recommend to Paradise Beach Homes to supply their properties with better paper products. When 1 ply toilet paper and non absorbent cheap paper towels are supplied it is a reflection of being cheap, which I do not think they are.

Wonderful Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved this location and the short distance from our vehicle to room. Never had to get sand in our vehicle from the easy access to the beach. The condo was excellent as well. Loved how it was set up! The only problems was as the floor looked clean, it wasn't. Our feet were dirty from just walking about and my toddlers knees, feet and hands were dirty/black in the first 30 minutes of walking through the door. The bath also had black substance around the jets, etc.

Reviewer Comments: The vacation rental was set up really pretty and lots of great qualities..... we couldn’t get the ceiling fan to work in the living room area at all. The ice maker wasn’t working properly in the place and we called said they would have someone come out Monday and never heard or seen anyone they did bring us 2 bags of ice which was really nice. We did enjoy the stay but not sure we would rent at the same location again.

Dear Scott, Thank you for taking time to post your review. We hope you and yours enjoyed your family vacation. We are sorry to hear about the ceiling fan and ice maker though. Unfortunately, the ice maker needed a complete replacement and we did schedule to have our appliance vendor come out but wasn't available during your stay; hence the two bags of ice. If something like that happens we do try to accommodate our guests as much as possible. The ceiling fan has an electrical issue so for safety reasons we had to disconnect it until that could be repaired. We hope this won't detour you from staying with us in the future and hope that these items did not cause you too much inconvenience.

The grounds were being renovated during our stay but overall well kept. Our rental was clean, spacious and perfect for our family of five. The kitchen is perfect for cooking for a family and was well stocked. The balcony was not usable for about 5 days of our trip due to renovations but we could still view the beach from the large bay window and that was nice. I enjoyed that we could access the beach out front and the bay behind the complex as well for different scenery. The pool area was large and had comfortable lounge chairs, but the rinse off station was not working. The office staff was very kind and helpful.

July vacation

Palm Beach club is at the west end of Fort Pickens. We stayed during Blue Angels week, The condo was in great condition, very clean and taken care of. Semi good view of the ocean, mostly blocked by palm trees and the ice maker for the refrigerator wasn't working during our stay ,however the kitchen was a great size and master bedroom had a great layout overall I would stay here again. We also bought a week pass for gulf Island national seashore, 25.00 used those beaches seemed a little less crowded.

Love the condo

The perfect location, loved the condo, great layout, nice neighbors, only dislike was the condo wasn’t ready at check in time, the property manager gave us a gift card to go to a local place to wait. She also said she was going to refund the cleaning fee. Not sure if the fee has been refunded yet. Overall we would stay at this condo again., condo gets 5 stars
