Pensacola Beach Condo w/ Great Views (F12)

Perfectly situated on the quieter west end of Pensacola Beach this 3rd floor walk-up sits on the Pensacola Bay and is a 5 minute walk to the Gulf of Mexico. It’s our first season of hosting guests and we would love to have you. Our condo is less than 1/2 mile to Peg Leg Pete’s - a Pensacola Beach favorite restaurant. If you want a night-out, the Casino Beach and Boardwalk area has more than 10 restaurants and bars and is less than 2 miles away.

Kick back, dip your toes in the sand, grab your glass of wine (or bourbon) and relax in this calm, beach condo. A quick escape from the crazy of everyday.

The unit is F12, located on the 3rd floor, corner unit. Yes, you will need to walk up 3 flights of stairs, but the privacy (only 4 units per floor) and direct view of the water from the front and back balconies are worth it!

With a balcony overlooking the Bay, the condo sleeps 6. The primary bedroom features a king bed, second bedroom with a queen, and the living room has a queen sofa bed.

If you enjoy cooking during your vacation, you’ll be set in our fully equipped kitchen.

A security camera is located in the front entrance of the unit for the safety of our guests. We have one, actively recording camera overlooking the front porch, which records video and audio. The device is located on the exterior of the property.

Wonderful stay

My daughter and I stayed here and had a wonderful time. Quiet area and just had to cross the street to get to the ocean and a short walk to Peg Leg Petes. The condo is clean and cute and had everything we needed!

Great hospitality in a great location.

We loved this cute condo for our family vacation to celebrate the Fourth of July and my son's birthday. The views from the condo were great and it was a nice, quiet location. Indy went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and even bought my son a birthday cake with candles to celebrate his day.

Perfect location and really cool decor!

We were very pleased with our 2 night stay. We brought our own food and enjoyed all our meals at this lovely and comfortable condo. The views of the bay and night sky as the sun was setting from our 3rd story balcony were breathtaking. ,And getting to the beach was easy.

Love this place!!

My boyfriend and my two friends stayed here for 3 nights and it was absolutely amazing!! We had an amazing time. The condo is stocked with everything you need from toothbrushes to shampoo and conditioner which was really nice just in case we forgot anything. Hands down one of the best places I’ve stayed at!

Great last minute get away for my sons "17th"

The place was in a great location, and the place had everything we needed. A good supply of towels, linen, soap, shampoo, and even new toothbrush sets if we needed them. The owner was always quick to respond back. We will definitely stay here again.

The Perfect Place

We had an absolutely amazing time at the beach. The condo could not have been anymore perfect. It felt like our home. It had every amenity we needed and more and the views from the front and back balconies were beautiful! We were sad to leave, but know we will definitely being staying here again!

Perfect Beach Stay!

This is our 2nd stay at the condo. We love the location and property! It's easily accessible with a very short walk to the Gulf. We spend most evenings on the dock fishing. The condo is clean and comfortable and has all the amenities you need. We stayed for a week and didn't miss anything from home. We are sad to leave.

Beautiful, Clean and Very Comfortable!

My son and I stayed at this beautiful condo recently. It was the perfect place to spend time with my son who is stationed at NAS and was recovering from an injury. The location was great, the views were beautiful, the condo was very comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked for making meals to go in my son's freezer on base. Indy and Dustin were great hosts, they responded quickly to questions and allowed us to extend our stay hassle-free. We would definitely stay again!

The condo was beautiful. The View was amazing. The condo had everything you ever would need for your stay. Kitchen was well-equipped. Fantastic!

Loved the condo and the views. Everything was exactly as described and the communication with the renter was perfect. Being a stop right on the trolley line was a big help as well. The beach was right across the street. Beach chairs and umbrellas were provided. The owner recommended their favorite spots and I think we hit almost every one of them and loved them all. We would recommend and stay at this property again. Such a nice homey feel. Thank you for opening your home to us.

A must see!

This condo was amazing! It was only a couple minute walk to the beach. From the household decor down to all your kitchen needs we had everything we needed for our stay. If you forgot something. It probably was there. The beds were so comfy, everything was spotless, and there is even a pool that was very relaxing as well. If you are visiting Pensacola you need to book this condo. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed the BEST long weekend with our 3 year old grandson who is obsessed with Blue Angels. The front porch offered us the perfect view of the airshow without the crowds of the beach. This property is in the quiet end of Pensacola Beach and closer to Fort Pickens. It is perfect for families and for a couples beach getaway. There's a beach area on the bay, which make it very easy to bring the kids. It is only a 5-minute walk to the beach, which makes it even better! You don't have to deal with parking in the busier part of the beach.
