The Space:

This beautiful sixth-floor Gulf-front vacation rental includes floor-to-ceiling glass patio doors in both the living area and main bedroom, leading to a large patio that provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. This upscale and gorgeous condo features include granite countertops, a full-size refrigerator, cooktop stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher, along with all the dishes, pots, and utensils needed to prepare and serve meals. The dining room has a table to sit down for a home-cooked meal. This stunning retreat is furnished with four TVs. With seating on this large patio, you will be able to relax and enjoy endless spectacular views of the white, sugar-sand beaches and the Gulf of Mexico.

Beach service includes two chairs and an umbrella from March to October.

Property is as described. My handicapped parents traveled with us and the property was accommodating. No a far walk to the room from elevator and easy walk from elevator to the pool. Great place would stay again

Perfect condo for 2 families!

We've stayed in several condos along the beach on Okaloosa. This condo perfectly fit our needs. It was clean, well appointed, with 2 king beds, full-sized bunk beds and a large balcony. We'll definitely recommend Summer Place #601 to family and friends!

Great experience!

We loved this condo! Comfortable beds, lots of room, kitchen had all necessities, nice smart tv in main living room, everything was as described and then some. Pools and hot tub are wonderful too. Greatest feature is the view and proximity to the beach! Summer Place is quiet, but close to just about everything. We’ve stayed in different condos at Summer Place and never been disappointed.

The unit was ok. Not my favorite. The garage disposal stunk so bad when we opened the door when we checked in. A couple things broken. Not impressed.

Awesome vacation

Everything was very nice. The only complaint the fridge ice maker was broke so no ice foe the cooler the entire stay and listing says 2 chairs umbrella and table. There was no table the cabana boys caused an issue even when I showed them the listing. Orher than that the condo was well worth the money I would absolutely stay there again.. condo was very nice.

Summer place

The location is good. Close proximity to the beach. Check in was awful. I called to let them know that I'll be arriving after hours, so I get there and pick up my after hours package. The package had different information from what I was supposed to have. I was given Waterford information instead of summer place. Gate codes, wifi information and activities were all wrong. Called customer service and they were really helpful. Except for the few hiccups my stay was very pleasant.

Wonderful

We enjoyed our stay here at the condo. It was peaceful and clean and everything was as it should be. We had issues with our WIFI service the morning after we arrived and it never got resolved and was spotty because we were using another unit's WIFI, but when you're on vacation it shouldn't matter, except we had kids with us who wanted to use their techy toys, so it made it a bit painful for them. Overall we enjoyed it. Also, with the complimentary beach chairs you get with your room, we found out the hard way, that you must make a reservation with the beach people. You can't just go down and grab as they felt they needed to let us know on the 2nd day after we "grabbed" the 1st day, so be mindful, so that you won't get there and be asked a thousand questions as far as why you're sitting in the chair and if you made a reservation.

Wonderful condo

This condo was wonderful. I only have a few things negative to say and that was we only had 2 washcloths for 6 people, no toilet paper was left in the room and the condo could use a deep cleaning, for example behind the blinds and curtains in the bedrooms are extremely dusty, the condo still had what looked like birthday confetti under the beds and under the table and tv stand, the master bedroom bed frame has some stuff on it. The cleaning lady was there at 10 till 10 waiting on us to leave. I also do not like the fact you can’t check in until 4pm and you have to leave by 10 am. That seems a little unfair price wise. Walmart and DoorDash deliver to your condo door which is great. Beds were cozy, staff was super friendly, the view from our corner unit was amazing, I love its a smaller set of condos so we were not crowded with a ton of people, the beach chair guy went above and beyond, pools were always kept clean and sparkling, we were able to cook every night because everything I had at home and more was available in the kitchen, the toys in the laundry room for the beach was a great touch along with all the books and games. We will definitely book this unit again.

Overall our stay was amazing. The 2 pools are awesome and the view was awesome.

We really enjoyed staying so close to home at a place that was actually able to accommodate 2 families. Having 2 pools was great and so was the hot tub when it got fixed. The view was amazing and we loved the balcony. There were some communication issues when we were checking out and the hot tub didn’t work until it was finally fixed. But overall it was a great stay. The kids were in there element and so happy. Thanks for an awesome stay!

Easy and beautiful

The property was very easy to find and the office was next door to the property, so it made it easy to check in. The condo was so much bigger than the pics show and huge bedrooms. The balcony was also huge and perfect to be able to enjoy the beach all day and night.
