Das komplett renovierte Wohnung befindet sich im w����������������nschenswert Seascape Sur Komplex in Solana Beach. Alles ist neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Gourmet-Küche wird den kreativsten Küchenchefs zu erfüllen. Genießen Sie die Annehmlichkeiten des Komplexes und Strand, sowie alle in der Umgebung. W-LAN Highspeed-Internetzugang ermöglicht es Ihnen, zu spielen und in einer entspannten Umgebung zu arbeiten. Es gibt sogar ein Piano für Musikliebhaber. Große Jacuzzi-Badewanne im Schlafzimmer (ohne Dusche) und eine ebenerdige Dusche im zweiten Badezimmer. Kingsize-Bett im Schlafzimmer und Queensize-Bett im zweiten Schlafzimmer. Close to everything

Easy to get to downtown San Diego or any of the towns along the ocean. With the oceanside location, you don't even really need to go anywhere. We enjoyed the pools and hot tubs, as well as the tennis courts. Easy check-in and check out.

Spacious well appointed beachfront condo!

Condo is attractive with more than enough space for two of us, and ample seating and supplies to host dinner with friends. The private beach is inviting and connected to a very long walkable shoreline. The grounds were nicely maintained with beautiful gardens. Rental process was easy and property management was very responsive. The description and pics were totally accurate so there were no unpleasant surprises.

Great location

The property overall needs a bit of love but understandable considering it is older and takes a beating in the salt air. The place was great. Had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and it had all the amenities. Could use some new pots and pans that aren’t scratched up. We saw a concert at the Sound and enjoyed a play at La Jolla Playhouse. This was a very convenient location for both. Lots of good restaurants on the water to eat at. Stores for groceries were ample. We hung out at the pool and also could access the beach. I would stay here again. Stubbs property rental was on top of everything. Very much appreciated them.

We had a nice time. Condo was clean and spacious. Bluffs are a few minutes walk then you go down a long stair to beach (with lifeguards). Due to stairs, it is very quiet on the beach once you get there. Swimming without a crowd was lovely. The one surprise is that there is only one shower in 2.5 baths.

Beautiful, well-appointed condo

We've stayed at many VRBOs and HomeAways in the US and abroad. This was one of the nicest and well-appointed condos -- great kitchen with everything one would need if you were cooking, nice linens, good floor plan, TVs in both bedrooms and living room. Our only issue (and this is because we're both seniors) is the amount of stairs in the condo complex. Carrying luggage and supplies upstairs and to the unit was somewhat difficult. Once in, we were fine. The Solano Beach location, right near the Del Mar Racetrack and other Del Mar and Solano Beach restaurants and places of interest was good.

Check-in, management, location were all top notch. The unit itself could use a little TLC. It had a musty old smell like granny’s house, 2 of the 3 toilet seats were broken, there was no iron which usually isn’t a big deal but we definitely needed one this trip. The washer and dryer were old & rusty, and the one fan that was provided was filthy. Minor issues but issues none the less which I why I gave it 4 stars for clean

It is easy to get to, has a beach location, but has easy access to I-5 to take you anywhere in San Diego county you wish to go. This property is perfect for a week or a month. Good internet signal. I'll definitely use this property on future trips to San Diego! The management company is awesome to work with and provided clear direction to get to the keys (I had a late check-in) and find the condo with easy to follow maps and documents.

Perfect location

We had an amazing stay. The location is close to everything with easy access to the highway. 4-minute walk to the beach (which felt very private!), 30 seconds to the 1 of the pools on the property with a hot tub, 1 minute to the garage for your car very convent all around. The condo itself is laid out really great and worked very well for our family of 4. Great kitchen with everything you need. Main living room has a nice surround sound system for movies with 2 great big sliding doors to let in the breeze. The master bedroom is very private, the 2nd bedroom is very nice (recommendation as we had 2 little kids put some towels around the corner of the bed frame as it is shin height and hurts when you run into it!). Stubbs was great to work with as our this was our first stay in San Diego and would recommend anyone looking to travel to check them out. They were extremely responsive to all my questions and made the stay great!

This is a street side condo in a large development next to the beach. It’s large, with a very comfortable master bedroom suite and bed! The furnishings are outdated, but once I saw past that I recognized that everything in this unit was high quality and perfectly suited for every place it was placed. This was a welcome change from so very many vacation rentals I’ve stayed at where the furnishings were cheap, sparse and worn out. There was nothing cheap about this place. The only con to this place, and it is a significant downside, is the musty smell. A lot of that simply comes from being one block from the beach, but it’s still a factor if this bothers you. It did us, yet I would stay there again despite that because of the quality and cleanliness of the condo. The grounds were lovely, the walkway to the beach with a wandering waterway with waterfalls delightful, easy access to the beach-although you use a staircase with 130 steps!, large pools and jacuzzi, tennis courts and substantial walls that kept the noise of other guests to a minimum, this was a mostly pleasant place to stay. I do recommend it, but plan on having your doors open, all fans going and having to adjust to the musty smell.

Lovely property in Seascape Sur

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had an extended stay here that was great. The property has a great heated pool and hot tub. Our unit was well equipped and comfortable. The kitchen could use a few updates but in general it was very functional. We would definitely return.

Reviewer Comments: Looks good superficially but soot came out of heater, washer and dryer were in bad shape. Shower was poor and carpets were badly stained.
