Red Key Beach in Redington Beach – 3BR Retreat with Screened-In Heated Pool Oasis

Welcome to Red Key Beach, your private coastal escape in beautiful Redington Beach! This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is designed for your relaxation. Featuring a sparkling heated pool within a screened-in lanai, perfect for enjoying sunny Florida days and breezy evenings without interruption. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, you'll love the open, comfortable layout and the unbeatable location just a 5-minute walk to the soft sands and tranquil beaches. At Red Key Beach, comfort, privacy, and prime waterside living come together for the ultimate Gulf Coast getaway! Please be aware that this is a strictly non-smoking property.

Kitchen: Full kitchen equipped with everything you need. Refrigerator with freezer drawer, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and Keurig Duo coffee maker that takes K-cups and ground coffee. Basic dishes, cookware, bakeware, and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.

Dining Room: Marble top dining table with seating for 8 in a well-lit dining room with plenty of natural sunlight and doors out to the pool.

Living Room: Comfortable plush seating with a Queen-size sleeper sofa and sitting chairs, a coffee table, a fireplace (not operational), and a wall-mounted TV

Bedroom #1: King-size bed, end tables with lamps, wall-mounted TV, a closet, a window overlooking the back patio, and an en-suite bathroom.

Bathroom #1 (Ensuite): Single sink with counter space, toilet, and standing shower with detachable showerhead. No tub.

Bedroom #2: Queen-size bed, bedside table with lamp,

Bathroom #2 (Ensuite): Single sink, toilet, and standing shower with detachable showerhead. No tub.

Bedroom #3: King-size bed, bedside table with lamp, closet, and an en-suite bathroom (Bathroom #2).

Laundry Room: Full-size washer and dryer, utility sink, and iron with ironing board.

Outdoors: Large heated swimming pool that gets tons of sunlight and is entirely screened in, sun loungers, a lounge nook with outdoor seating, a TV, and a ceiling fan. Shuffleboard located along the side of the house, a fenced-in backyard, a grill, and a dock to fish off of (use of the boat lift not permitted).

Important Information

House Rules:
1. STRICT no smoking/vaping on the property. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee of $1,000.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
6. Docking of a boat or any other watercraft is not permitted at this property.
7. Do not touch or adjust the pool equipment.
8. Do not adjust the house water heater or water softener.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Pool Heating: When the pool heater is turned on, the temperature is typically set to 85 degrees unless otherwise stated in the listing. This is an electric pool heater, so please note that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower, a pool heater cannot always heat the pool completely to temperature. By booking this property, you understand that pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed when outside temperatures are too cold.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Parking: Parking in the driveway allows for up to 4-6 vehicles, depending on the size of the vehicles. There is no grass or street parking.
