Well kept older but updated property. Perfect location! Having access to beach equipment, kayaks, pool & beach toys was a fabulous perk!! The house is well equipped, super clean & home feeling. We will definitely be staying here again!The “elevator” is actually freight type elevator & you need specific instructions on how to use it. My husband is disabled & it was a must for us. Disappointing, but got the job done.

I contacted the host for help with a couple of issues and she addressed them immediately. The size of the unit is huge! The size of the balcony is also very large.

5 stars for location. 5 stars for sunrise views over the waterway5 stars for the most glorious sunset views you have ever seen. 5 stars for the beach access. 5 stars for the price. 5 stars for the amount of space. 5 stars for the easy parking. The only reason this place is 4 stars is because the listing was more than misleading about the unit. To use their response ‘it’s an older unit’. Without a doubt a great location and a fabulous space. And we’d happily rent it again.

Amazing views of terrific beach

Beach is gorgeous. Balcony is perfect with 2 tables and 2 comfy chairs. Inside is comfortable and has what is needed. Overall great stay!

Advertised as having an elevator, however upon arrival we’re told it hasn’t worked in quite a long time. Primary shower had to be repaired while we were there and second toilet rocked as it was not secure. Many repairs and maintenance needs.

Life on the Beach

Stayed at this rental on a long vacation with my boys. It is a large three bedroom space with all of the amenities you can need. Within walking distance of good food, too.The beach access is amazing. The pool is heated and clean as well.Would stay here again.
