Bunk Room – Great for kids or extra guests with full-over-full bunk beds and another ensuite bathroom.

Our property comes stocked with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags. Shower products like body wash, shampoo and conditioner are not included.

All bedding (sheets, pillows/pillow cases, blankets & comforters) as well as a full set of bath towels are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy!

This home is equipped with central heating & air in every space.

Washer & dryer in-unit for easy laundry during your stay.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire condo, including the two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, the open-concept living and dining area, and the fully-equipped kitchen. Enjoy the ocean breeze on the private balcony. Relax and socialize on the shared decks and take advantage of the shared outdoor shower after a day at the beach. The community outdoor pool is available for your enjoyment (seasonal availability - typically late May through early September, please confirm dates). Off-street parking for one vehicle is provided, with additional free and metered street parking available in the neighborhood.

For dining, you'll find a variety of restaurants nearby, from casual eateries to upscale dining experiences, all offering fresh seafood and local flavors. Explore the charming shops and boutiques that dot the area, perfect for souvenir shopping or finding that special something. The area is also known for its vibrant nightlife, with bars and live music venues within a short distance. With convenient access to everything North Wildwood has to offer, you'll find your vacation filled with fun and relaxation.



Getting Around:

Getting around is a breeze! Public transportation options include local bus routes that run throughout North Wildwood and connect to neighboring towns. For those arriving by air, the Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) is approximately a 1-hour drive away. Parking is available: you'll have one off-street parking spot, and there's also ample free and metered street parking in the neighborhood. Major transit hubs, such as the Wildwood Bus Terminal, are easily accessible by car or local transit, providing connections to regional transportation networks.

GUEST VERIFICATION & SECURITY: All guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID) and verify with a “selfie” to the management company's secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in. This information is required by our insurance company and is not used for any other purposes.



PET POLICY: For our listings marked “no pets” - this is strictly enforced. If you have a service animal, we kindly ask that you book one of our pet friendly listings.



CREDIT CARD FEE: Reservations booked through certain platforms where credit card payments are processed by the host/property management company, Heightened Hospitality LLC, will be subject to a separate 3.5% processing fee. The processing fee is unfortunately non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.



SECURITY CAMERA DISCLOSURE: Please be advised there are security cameras present on this listing in the following locations: exterior front entryway/doorbell camera, exterior rear entrance and deck/patio/driveway area. These cameras may record audio & video footage 24/7. We absolutely do not nor will ever have recording devices of any kind inside the home or apartment or any other private area.



QUIET HOURS & MAINTAINING THE PEACE: Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Guests must be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and overall community at all times so that we may continue providing enjoyable experiences to all of our guests. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a ZERO tolerance policy.



NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground). Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee.
