Immobilie befindet sich nur einen Block vom Strand und 2 Blocks nördlich des berühmten Wildwood Promenade auf östlich 11th Avenue. Town home ist eine von nur zwei Einheiten auf dem Grundstück.
Home ist nur wenige Gehminuten von dem Restaurant und Unterhaltungszentrum von North Wildwood. Kostenlose wöchentliche Konzerte in der Hereford Inlet Pavillon.

Great location!

Our family had a lovely 3 week stay at this property. Perfect location with everything you need for a family vacation with young children: beach, park, boardwalk, and food all within walking distance. Owners were very friendly and helpful.

Great beach week

Wonderful stay. One block from the beach. Outdoor area with chairs, grill, grassy area, table and shower. Side shower to just wash sand off feet near the door. House is beach themed has a nice balcony that gets shade at times and can sea ocean. It’s a little dated, could use a deep clean and dust, but has everything you need. Bring extra glasses as there are only 5.

Great hosts, great place and location

Only great things to say about this place! Andre and Marie were wonderful hosts and always there with anything that was needed. The location is a short walk to the beach and on a beautiful quiet street! Great location in North Wildwood! We would love to stay here again. My family and I had a great week at the shore!

Comfortable house

Stayed with children and grandchildren. Plenty of space for everyone including a little back yard. Great location. We love North Wildwood! Owners very friendly and accommodating!

Fabulous location and host!

What a great place to vacation! You can't beat the location, just a block from the N Wildwood beach. The balcony on the second floor is a nice place the relax plus the little oasis in the side and back yards were a great shady spot in the afternoon to wind down. Having two full baths plus an outdoor shower was perfect as well. It was nice to talk to our hosts Andre and Marie, who were right there to take care of anything we needed. Definitely going to be on our list of places to return to!

Great Place and Hosts

Been going to North Wildwood for a number of years now and think I have finally found our home away from home. The pictures really do not do the place justice. More than enough room for me, my mother, two brothers and nephew. and we are all by no means small people. Great for my mother who has problems with her knees as the kitchen, living room and a small bonus bedroom were all on the first floor. Location was even better and the hosts were terrific. Already looking forward to next year.

Our stay at this home had its ups and downs. Overall I cannot recommend this as a place to stay.

Positives: 1. location!!! Very close to beach 2. Had three bedrooms and two full baths; 3. owners allowed us to use the yard, grill, and outdoor shower Negatives: 1. house was not cleaned before we arrived (bathroom mats were full of dirt, coffee maker has remnants of previous brews caked on, all dishes used had to be cleaned first, no sweeping done- sand was everywhere) I had to clean rugs and vacuum so that we all felt a little more comfortable. 2. Last nights stay- gas leak at 10pm, in the room where a baby was sleeping. Owner said it was a problem before but he thought it was taken care of. He said he would take care of it in the morning. But with us needing to stay they night, this was not an option. Owner did call to get the problem looked at, however told us it will take a very long time. This scared our family members with a baby who already were worried about staying in the home with a leak. As a group we felt unsafe and decided it was best not to stay the night. Most of us left that night, two of us were able to stay locally so that we could go back and finish packing up. Owners offered us to stay later that day, but this really wasn't an option as we were already mostly packed from the night before. We felt, given the unsafe circumstances of the gas leak that a nights stay was owed back to us, however the owners refused. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place with a clear conscious.

At 10:45 pm we were told gas smell immediatly called gas company he came caped gas line was out by 12:00 pm never did they talk to repair man it was not unsafe. Funny until that night not one complaint if u look at her last corespondance becauseto me she said if I didn't pay her for one day she was going to write bad report Because they spent 14 hours n we had the problem solved in an hour never spoke to repair man just took off.Was offered to stay the next day

Great location, friendly owners

Andre and his wife were so nice! Offered good advice on things to do, places to eat. They were onsite but not overbearing. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. North wildwood is a quiet, clean, family oriented area.

August 2019 Stay in North Wildwwod, NJ

Location one block from beach is a real plus. Owners were friendly without being intrusive. Downstairs living area Is open and spacious. Air conditioner works great. Could give this property a near perfect rating if a few updates were done, including new mattresses & pillows, wifi, modern TVs, and a little less duct tape.

VERY nice!!

This rental was very nice and a great location. Very clean and very beachy. The beds were very comfortable. I liked that it had the option to use the backyard and barbecue grill. Two of the four bedrooms did not have a substantial chest of drawers or bureaus. The TV screen was a little small. The owners (who reside in the back) were VERY nice. Overall a very nice place to stay for vacation. I would definitely rent from them again.

Wonderful!

I highly recommend this property for its location one block from the beach. Property is clean and well maintained, comfortable, with plenty of space to move around (we had 6 people staying and it did not feel crowded). I had a very minor issue while staying there with my family and Andre and Marie responded immediately! Very nice couple :) Book here with confidence!
