This 2nd floor condo at the Tuscany offers a spacious Living room for family gathering, floor-to-ceiling windows for natural light and an end-unit breezeway location for maximum privacy. USB outlets are conveniently located at each end of the living room couch to charge all your devices while relaxing in front of the TV. Shiplap surroundings in shades of Coastal-white and Stonewashed-slate give character and warmth to this living space. All living spaces are air conditioned.

The dining area seats 4-5 guests with a brick surround that exhibits a pub-style charm. A snack-bar with power and light overlooks the living room and can be used for additional seating or for a mini workspace. The food prep area features illuminated floating shelves over a subway tile backsplash for an open and well-lit space. Two-burner electric stove, full frig and all expected small appliances including a Keurig coffee maker make this kitchen functional and unique. Includes cookware, dinnerware and utensils.

Sleeping areas feature all new R&F beds... solid, sturdy and comfortable. The front bedroom sleeps two with 1 queen bed, TV, dresser, air conditioning and USB charging ports built into the bedside lamp bases. The rear bedroom sleeps four with 2 queen beds, TV, dresser, Full bath, air conditioning and a pull-down ironing board and iron.

Additional full bath is located in the hallway leading to the rear bedroom... both bathrooms are identical.

The Tuscany has a friendly mix of owners and rental guests all enjoying the ambiance of North Wildwood. Relax on one of the TWO sundecks after a day at the beach... take a dip in the pool, or just do both. Mingle with others while preparing a meal on one of the two outdoor grills or have a blast at the very popular Owens Pub just a two-minute drive away. This rental unit is on the 2nd floor of a three-story building with well-lit common areas and walkways. You have an assigned parking space. The boardwalk is a 5-minute walk away.
