The Fitzgerald Mansion is an era inspired home, perfectly designed with chic touches and relaxation in mind. This 1800's home has been restored and renovated to provide the perfect stay in the Oldest City. The Fitzgerald Mansion is situated in the Uptown neighborhood, with a short walk to the main historic district and less than a 10 minute drive to Vilano Beach. Take a tour of your new dream vacation spot:



[FIRST FLOOR]



LIVING ROOM (Sleeps 2)- Spacious living space furnished with pullout couch and large tv for gathering.



SITTING ROOM- An additional space for entertaining and enjoying a morning coffee or afternoon cocktail.



KITCHEN- Luxury chef's kitchen fully equipped with everything you need for in home meals. Large island with seating for 6 and corner nook for additional dining space.



DINING ROOM- Formal dining area next to the kitchen with seating for 8. Additional seating in the open sun room for 4 more.



HALF BATHROOM- Connected to the dining room and living space.



[SECOND FLOOR]



BEDROOM 1 (Sleeps 3)- Furnished with bunk bed with 2 Fulls and 1 Twin Trundle. Attached laundry area with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.



FULL BATHROOM 1- Accessed from the hallway with shower/tub combo.



BEDROOM 2 (Sleeps 2)- Furnished with Queen bed, dresser, closet, and smart tv.



BEDROOM 3 (Sleeps 2)- Furnished with Queen bed, closet, and smart tv.



BEDROOM 4 (Sleeps 2)- Ensuite with King bed, dresser, and smart tv.



FULL BATHROOM 2- Full bathroom attached to first ensuite bedroom with walk in shower.



BEDROOM 5 (Sleeps 2)- Grand primary ensuite furnished with king bed, dresser, closet, and smart tv. Additional features include bright sitting area and private balcony with bistro set.



FULL BATHROOM 3: Spacious, luxury bathroom attached to primary bedroom with large walk in shower, his and hers vanities, and relaxing soaking tub.



[OUTDOOR SPACE]



POOL/SPA- Luxurious pool and attached spa with heated feature (with daily fee). Cozy loungers on the pool side for soaking up the Florida sun.



BOCCE BALL & PUTTING GREEN- Installed putting green and bocce ball court



FIRE TABLE- Fire table with seating underneath charming string lights for a romantic night time ambiance.



OUTDOOR LOUNGE: Outdoor bartop with seating and cozy conversation set with outdoor tv.



PARKING- Off street parking in back driveway for up to 6 cars.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire 5 bedroom home, and backyard/pool area.



Other Things to Note:

**Important** If booking for a wedding group, bachelor/bachelorette party please send message BEFORE confirming the reservation. Additional security deposit will be required.



PET POLICY: We can accommodate 1 dog under 50 lbs at the home (some exceptions are allowed, please ask). The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained/kenneled. No puppies under 1 year.

-Pet must be added to the reservation PRIOR to check in and $200 nonrefundable pet fee will be included (guests are still responsible for any damages the pet may cause during their stay)



SECURITY CAMERA: The home has an active security camera installed at the front door . No private areas can be seen and there are no other cameras inside or outside the home.
