Die Wohnbereiche auf zwei Etagen machen dieses Haus ideal für Freunde und Familien. Beach house

Our host Phil was the best, so helpful and welcoming! The beach house was perfect in all ways!! The house was clean with everything you would need to make it a perfect vacation. The views were incredible and in a great area. I highly recommend this St Augustine beach house!!

Perfect Beach House

We could not have asked for a more beautiful view of the beach! This house was extremely clean and well equipped, with plenty of indoor living space. The three bedrooms have great storage. The primary BR has a large en-suite bathroom and the other two bedrooms each have nice bathrooms adjacent to them.The pool area and backyard is beautiful. The house is within walking distance of several restaurants and a cute mini-golf. The kitchen has everything you would ever need and a gorgeous view of the beach while you prepare food. The owner is very responsive and helpful. This was the perfect beach house for the four of us.

Great home, location and host

This house is just as it looks in the pictures - beautiful and very well maintained. Beds are really comfortable, plenty of space to spread out and relax, with everything that you could want already thought of from morning coffee to laundry baskets in the rooms. The hosts couldn't have made things easier for us, even sending a video of how to turn on the (wonderful) spa. The beach is literally out the back door, plenty of good restaurants within walking distance, games and puzzles for when the weather doesn't cooperate. We couldn't have asked for anything more.

Our Thanksgiving Vacation 2024

I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home over Thanksgiving holiday. Our friends/family who came over were so envious of us for staying at one of the prettiest beach homes in St. Augustine. Loved all the amenities that were supplied which was such a great help. I spent every morning taking pictures of the beautiful sunrise while enjoying a cup of coffee on our balcony. Honestly, that was my favorite place for I love enjoying the beach, listening to the sound of the waves while watching the waves come in and the seagulls diving for fish. What a wonderful vacation. Our daughter and her husband had the downstairs 'suite'. They loved it for they had their own privacy with their own living room. Plus, all they had to do was open their sliding glass door and walk ten steps to the outside hot tub and beautiful swimming pool which was so clean. My husband loved the putt-putt green in the backyard. That was so cool. Our son just loved being by the beach where he plunged in the ocean every morning! Hands down, best beach house we've stayed at in St. Augustine!!!! Not to mention, there were so many restaurants in walking distance. We all agree that we would definitely like to come back.

House location is next to none. Beautiful location close to everything. Mr Phil the host is so nice and easy to work with. The hot tub was amazing. Little cool for the pool. There’s no closer to the beach house in st Augustine WONDERFUL

Amazing Ocean View, Beautiful Home on the Beach

We rented this home after our daughter's wedding to relax and celebrate my 60th birthday. This home is right on the beach and 2min walking distance to many restaurants. There's nothing like hearing the ocean 24/7 with an amazing 180 degree view of waves. Walks on the beach and having the jacuzzi and pool was a great asset for spending time with our friends outside. Phil is an wonderful host and possesses excellent customer service and nice person to talk to. We highly recommend this home and we'll definitely be back!

Gorgeous property with spectacular sunrises!

The house and property are beautiful! Very clean, well maintained and updated. The views from the living room are the star of the show. Amazing sunrise and moonrise from the patio or from the living room couch. The outdoor pool and patio are like a resort. We had some trouble operating the hot tub, but the property owner was very responsive and helped us through it. Great property, great host, would highly recommend!

Great views. Great access to the beach and restaurants. Very clean and cozy. The first air b&b that we’ve stayed at where the hot tub actually worked, and worked well! The owner was the best communicator and no crazy rules or check out procedures! Would 10/10 recommend!

Perfect in every way

We love the St Augustine area and decided to switch our beach house vacation each year to there. Found this listing on VRBO and it looked to be just what we were looking for. It was actually better than we hoped for! So easy and comfortable. Updated throughout. Excellent location and the view is exceptional. The outdoor space is fantastic. I hesitate to give such a glowing review as then it will become so popular that it will make it hard for us to book each year but it deserves it! Phil is amazing to deal with. Very responsive and helpful. We have already decided to rebook and will look forward to returning each time!

First Time in St Aug

We loved this property! So convenient to the beach, restaurants, and grocery store. The pool and putting green was perfect for our children (ages 2-8). The home was perfectly laid out. Big kids stayed downstairs, and littles upstairs. The back patio overlooking the pool was perfect for smaller children wanting to be safely outside. Cleanliness 10/10. All chairs, sand toys, towels provided by the owner who was an absolute joy to work with! Already looking to book for next year. Thank you, Mr. Phil!

We had a great time at the beach house, and the access to food around the house was great. Location to the beach can’t be beat and the house was so well stocked with pool and beach toys, towels etc. Phil was awesome to work with, we would rent from him again in a heartbeat.

Perfect family beach vacation

Our stay couldn’t have been more perfect for our family of six adults and two children. The house was as perfect as the pictures on the listing, the pool was amazing and brand new, The direct access to the beach via a gate from the pool couldn’t have made it easier to take toddlers to the beach and then quickly go back to the house if we forgot something if needed. The host Phil was always available via text and always got back to us within minutes with any questions that we had. There wasn’t anything that we didn’t have at the house everything that you could possibly think of needing is provided which made it really easy for our family. The beds were so comfortable. There were beach, toys, chairs, umbrellas, pool floats, anything you can think of. I highly recommend this property for a beach getaway. It’s walking distance from a really cool coffee shop that we went to everyday and multiple ice cream shops and a short drive or a little bit of a longer walk to a few restaurants.

Great for family gatherings!

This house is a perfect location and house for a big family gathering. We rented this house because of its proximity to the St Augustine amphitheater where the Flagler College graduation is held. There is no bridge traffic to contend with. The house comfortably sleeps eight people. There is a blowup mattress in the closet in the downstairs Family Room. The bedroom behind the kitchen is a little on the smaller side, so sleeping two smaller people in that room would be your best bet. As far as every day amenities this house has everything you need to live comfortably away from home. If you’re wondering if there’s enough beach towels and bath towels and sheets yes you have plenty. The garage is fully stocked with all the beach paraphernal you would need to make it a great beach day. They have fun blowup inflatables for the pool. The owner will send a video to show you exactly how to turn on off the pool/spa equipment. My only suggestion is that they update the frying pans in the kitchen as they have seen better days. The views are amazing. The putting green is so much fun. Everyone spent so much time in the backyard and enjoying the all that a beachfront property offers. Thank you Phil for a great time!!!

Spectacular Beachfront Property!!

This is our second stay at this beach house and we enjoyed it as much as our first stay. The home is very well appointed and ideal layout / amenities for families. The location is perfect as walking distance to many restaurants/ coffee shops and the house beach view is spectacular! The home has everything needed for a relaxing beach vacation and the new backyard area and pool / spa were a hit with the family. Phil is a great proactive host and very responsive as needed. The check-in and check-out processes are very smooth and straightforward. We would definitely stay at this home on our next visit to St. Augustine.

Awesome Trip

Our family (3 adult couples) had a great experience at this wonderful oceanfront home - walking the beach, lounging in the pool/hot tub, coffee in the morning on the upper floor deck, putting contests on the beautiful putting green and visiting the historic city of St Augustine. Our host Phil was helpful, accommodating and and very engaged. We highly recommend this beautiful oceanfront home.

Family Vacation went PERFECT!

If you want a beach stay with ALLLLL the amenities, the view, the beach access, the convenience of delicious eateries/fun shops and no headache from your hosts, this is the place to stay! Things that made all the difference: beach towels & toys, use of the garage, so many nice kitchen options, everything being clean, and extra bedding and pillows. Most importantly, very clear communication with our host. The worst part about our stay was having to leave but we consoled ourselves with the promise that we would come back again next year. Seriously, if you want a place in St Augustine Beach, look no further: this place has it all!
