Thanks very much for the great property. This has been my favorite St. Augustine vacation ever. The house was beautiful and perfectly located. The porch facing the beach was wonderful and the kids loved sleeping in the loft. The loved waking up to the sunrise (and I loved working from the desk up there!). Thanks! I hope we can book again!

Great vacation home

This property was exceptionally clean. The ocean view from the loft and kitchen area was amazing. Good outside area to grill and for kids to play. Would definitely rent again.

Amazing ocean view from the second floor kitchen and massive deck. Bedrooms are large and the four full bathrooms are great for large families. Beach access is right outside the house. Close proximity to Beach Combers, a fun beachside restaurant. Short drive to downtown St. Augustine. We had a great time.

Great Space, Great Location!

The house was a great fit for our family trip with two families, kids, and grandparents. The layout worked well sleeping arrangements! The house was in great shape overall with plenty of beach towels! The location was perfect for nearby restaurants and shops. And the walk to the beach was easy with a great beach with plenty of space without being too crowded. We will definitely return!

Fall break

The house was perfectly situated, gorgeous views especially from the loft and a path to the beach from the house, a 2 minute walk to the water. Lauren was beyond helpful and responded so quickly to my questions! I will be staying again:)

A fantastic location for a beach trip

Our group was coming into St Augustine to relax on the beach, cook great food together, and enjoy the nightlife in St Augustine. We were able to do all that and more thanks to this house and property. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything we needed to grill, cook gourmet meals, and keep everyone alert with a constant pot of coffee dripping. The outdoor spaces were some of the best and the location truly cannot be beat for anyone who loves the beach. We would certainly rent again!

St Aug stay

Location great. Bedrooms very generous. Good view from the deck. For our family we just needed a dining table on the same level as the kitchen. Eating at the counter was in shifts, not ideal for us. Thank you for everything.
