Sleeping arrangements are flexible and comfortable. The primary bedroom features a king bed and private en-suite bathroom with a relaxing garden tub and walk-in shower. Guest bedroom one offers a queen bed, while guest bedroom two includes a Queen over Queen bunk bed—perfect for kids or extra guests. Additional sleeping space is available in the family room with a queen sofa bed, twin sofa bed, and an air mattress.

Step outside to enjoy the screened-in heated pool, perfect for year-round swimming. The covered lanai offers comfortable seating for relaxing or enjoying time together outdoors.

This is a non-smoking home. Smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, or e-cigarettes, is not permitted inside the home, in the garage, or near doors and windows. A $200 fee will be charged if there is evidence of smoking.

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be respectful of neighbors.

The pool is heated during the winter months and typically maintained at approximately 86 degrees. During periods of extreme cold, the heater may not be able to maintain this temperature due to outdoor conditions.

Children must be supervised at all times when using the pool. Guests use the pool at their own risk.
