Hi Lisa - thank you so much for the 5-star review! We're thrilled to hear that this home is at the top of your vacation list and that you found it had everything you needed. It's wonderful to know your boys enjoyed the games and the pool, and that you made great family memories. We look forward to welcoming you back for another escape from winter!

Thank you for your review and for sharing your experience. We’re glad to hear you found the house beautiful and appreciate you letting us know about the small issues during your stay. We want to note that the concerns you shared with us—the missing second house key and the ceiling fan remote—were documented immediately and have since been fully taken care of. Because your stay took place over a holiday, a few tasks did take an extra day or two to resolve, and we appreciate your patience and understanding during that time. In the meantime, we did provide the garage code to ensure you had easy and secure access to the home along with the house key you had. Thank you again for your feedback. It helps us continue to improve, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you for your fantastic review Christopher! We're so happy to hear that the home provided plenty of space and that you enjoyed spending time outdoors on the covered patio and in the game room. It’s great to know that the finishes and overall feel of the home made for a comfortable and homey stay. We truly appreciate your recommendation and would love to welcome you back anytime you’re in Cape Coral!

It's wonderful to know that the bedding and pillows provided a great night's sleep and that you felt everything you needed was thoughtfully provided. We truly appreciate your high recommendation and are excited to welcome you back!

Hi Kelly - thank you for sharing your wonderful review! We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your stay at our beautiful home in Cape Coral. It's fantastic to know that the property met your expectations and that you found it clean and well-equipped. We're glad that your daughter and her cousins had fun with the games and pool. Thank you for your thoughtful review! We're so glad you enjoyed the villa's decor and amenities. We appreciate your feedback about the view and those little details like the kettle and toilet brushes— we’ll definitely pass that along. And as a fellow tea lover, I totally get it—your kettle comment gave us a smile! We'd love to welcome you back anytime.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re glad you chose to stay with us over the Christmas holiday, and we appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. We understand how frustrating it must have been to discover that the pots and pans were not compatible with the new induction stovetop. The owner had recently upgraded the stove and was unaware of this requirement. Unfortunately, as it was Christmas Day and stores were closed, we were unable to purchase new cookware immediately. However, we made it a priority to bring you brand-new pots and pans the very next day to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Regarding the grill, while the siding had melted slightly, the grill itself remained fully functional and safe to use. We’re sorry to hear you chose not to use it, but it was available for your use during your stay. The owner was told that this would not happen, and it's clear that they were misinformed. The siding has now been removed. As for the cameras and beeping, we want to assure you that these measures are in place to protect our guests. It’s standard for such systems to beep when doors to the pool or main entryways are opened, providing an added layer of safety, especially for families with children. We appreciate your understanding and hope these clarifications help. Thank you for staying with us, and we’d love the opportunity to host you again in the future for an even better experience.

Thank you for allowing us to host you Valli! We're so happy to know that you enjoyed your stay. It's definitely a great location if you would prefer to not need to go far for your needs. We hope to host you again in the future!
