The two bathrooms include double sinks, a bathtub and shower in one and a large glassdoor shower in the other, making it easy to refresh after a day of adventure. High end furniture in an expansive family room, dining room (seats up to 8), card table (seats 4), kitchen with bar (seats 3) makes for easy entertaining. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and is fully stocked with a variety of glassware, dishes, pots, pans, entertainment ware and utensils. A large entertainment center in the family room includes a 65" Smart TV and Apple TV. Comfortable chairs and a bar table are situated on the lanai facing the Gulf for gorgeous views of sunset. Full cable, Smart TV's, Apple TV (family room only) and high speed WiFi are included.
Guests enjoy a comfortable stay with air conditioning and heating to suit any season. New clothes washer and dryer are situated in stand alone laundry room. Luxury linens and towels (beach and bath) are included, in addition to beach chairs and a beach umbrella.
This small condo complex has 24 units, 3 on each floor. The lobby is secured with a touch screen, video recorded device to enter. The complex has a luxury swimming pool and hot tub with a variety of seating options, including high quality loungers and round dining table and chairs. Beach loungers are located on the ground floor for all guests to use. 2 bathrooms are located on the ground floor. A gas grille is located on the ground floor for guests to use (all grill accessories are located in the condo). One covered parking spot is included. Guest parking is available with a pass. Guests must comply with all condo complex rules and regulations to avoid penalty.
The condo is conveniently located 1.5 miles from the main public Bonita Beach (jet ski & water sport rentals), less than a quarter mile from Kayak Rentals and less than a mile from Lover's Key.
