Bonita Beach und Tennis befindet sich direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite aus dem Golf. Dieser Komplex aus fünf Gebäuden bietet zehn Etagen mit acht Einheiten pro Etage jeweils mit spektakulären Ausblicken auf die von den folgenden: Golf, Innenhof, Pool, Tennis, und Blick auf die Bucht.
Münzwäscherei sind im Erdgeschoss in Gebäude 1, 3 und 5 entfernt. Dieses Gerät verfügt über Wi-Fi. Der Komplex bietet zwei beheizte Swimmingpools, verschiedene Grillbereiche, Boccia, Shuffleboard sowie Tennis- und Pickleballplätze.
Das Hotel liegt im zehnten Stock drei im Gebäude, bietet diese Effizienz Blick auf die Bucht und einen teilweisen Blick auf den Golf von seinem privaten in Lanai abgeschirmt. Es ist ruhig und abseits vom Verkehr. Die Wohnanlage verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, die offen zum Essbereich und Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher und Schlafsofa ausgestattet ist. Der Schlafbereich besteht aus einem Kingsize-Bett und einem begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Es ist offen für den Wohn- und Essbereich. Das Bad in dieser Unterkunft hat eine begehbare Dusche. Doc Beach House und Coconut Jacks Waterfront Grill und ein in der Anlage: Der Bonita Beach und Tennis Club liegt nur wenige Gehminuten von drei Restaurants.

Our stay far exceeded our expectations. Our host was very helpful with all things with check in and made sure we knew what to do for getting our parking pass so we don’t have any security issues. Will definitely stay again in the future.

We had a great stay in the condo! It is cute, clean, and very comfortable with all the amenities needed. The 10th floor view from the lanai was nice too. Dave provided very detailed information for our stay. There was plenty of parking close to our building and secure area. The laundry on the ground floor was spacious and easy to use. We didn’t use the pools, but enjoyed the view and many walks on the beach. Thank you Dave and Sharon for the hospitality!

We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay in this lovely 10th floor studio condo. Although there was construction being done on the lower level of the complex to recover from hurricane damage, it did not negatively impact our stay.

Beach lovers

The pools were not open but the owner was very upfront with us prior to our arrival. The location is right across the street from the beach and just a short walk away! We would highly recommend staying at Bonita Beach and tennis club. No tennis courts but one pickleball court is open and available.

Great location

Just what we needed. Great location, could walk to a couple restaurants and the beach if you want. Close to family we were visiting. Loved being on the top floor. Grounds are still recovering from hurricane damage, but we knew that ahead of time and it didn’t bother us. Condo itself was in great shape. Wonderful views. Dave was super helpful. Would stay there again.

Excellent location & Excellent views

Overall beautiful location and condo. The condo has excellent views of the beach and surrounding areas. You're literally just steps away from the beach. Wonderful location, very nice and cleanly condo. Water pressure in the shower was a little lacking - but that's to be expected when you're on the top floor - and a good trade off for the views. The owner, Dave, was extremely friendly and easy to get in contact with. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Beautiful condo in a great location!

We enjoyed a Spring Break stay at this beautiful condo during April! The condo is in a great location and is very close to the beach. We definitely enjoyed the beach and watched many beautiful sunsets. There are a couple of great restaurants close by -Doc’s and Coconut Jack’s. The condo is very clean and has everything that you would need for your stay. Since the condo is on the 10th floor, there is a great view out of the window facing the ocean and off of the lanai. The owner was great and we really enjoyed working with him! We can’t say enough good things about our stay. We highly recommend this condo and hope to be back soon!!

We had a wonderful week here. The condo is well equipped with everything we need, beautifully furnished, very clean, beautiful bathroom. Extra towels, paper products, laundry soap, beach chairs were all appreciated. The views on the top floor are great, and the location across from the beach the best! January weather can be a little cool in Bonita, but if you can wear shorts and take long walks without slipping on ice, it's good. The owners are very accommodating and easy to work with. We would recommend this condo to anyone.

Clean senior rental in busy area

This efficiency condo was clean and spacious with a well-equipped kitchen and a lanai screen porch on the 8th floor of a busy corner in Bonita Springs. Two pools and tennis courts were available and the beach is an easy walk across the street. It is a senior building, with many activities such as bingo, cards, etc. While the apt. itself is accessible, the bathroom does not work for someone who uses a wheelchair. Having a shower chair would help in the bathroom, but the toilet is not workable unless someone has some mobility. There is a toilet downstairs that can be accessed, but not ideal. It is rather noisy and there is not a beach view in this unit. OK for elderly, not good for families, not very quiet with doors open for fresh air.

It seems unfair to criticize this condo for its lack of handicap accessibility when it wasn't designed to be that and it wasn't marketed as such. I'm sorry if it didn't work out well for you and sorry if it spoiled your vacation.

We are Dave and Sharon Reeves. We live in Bloomington, IL. I grew up there. Sharon was born in Charleston, SC but moved to the Houston area as a young child. We met in Winter Park, CO while skiing in 1977. We married in 1980 and have lived in Bloomington since while raising two wonderful daughters.

We had stayed on Ft. Myers Beach several times. We loved it there, but felt held captive by the traffic. In March of 2009, we were lucky enough to book a vacation to Bonita Springs and stayed at the Beach and Tennis Club. We made an offer on a second floor unit and it was accepted before we left for Illinois. In January of 2015, while vacationing, we discovered this 10th floor unit with views of the Bay and the Gulf and could not resist purchasing a second unit.

This unit is on the tenth floor. The views very nice! The sunrises are beautiful! It is in a quiet spot in the complex-away from the traffic.
