Wenn Sie zum bewachten Tor in Wild Pines hinauffahren, werden Sie von einem sorgfältig angelegten Grundstück fasziniert sein. Es gibt mehr als 1.400 Morgen, die für das Zusammenleben mit Naturschutzgebieten, zahlreichen Seen, tropischer Landschaftsgestaltung, Erholungswegen und drei Wasserparks vorgesehen sind. Unsere erste Etage Einheit wurde frisch mit neuen Farben, Deckenventilatoren, Bettwäsche, Handtüchern, Kissen, Teppichen und Küchenmöbeln aktualisiert. Es wurde von oben nach unten kraftgereinigt und ist bereit für den Genuss. Genießen Sie einen offenen Grundriss mit einer Ess- / Wohnzimmer-Kombination, die auf die abgeschirmte Veranda blickt, die von üppiger Landschaft und dem Golfplatz in der Ferne umgeben ist. Drei Flachbildfernseher mit Kabelanschluss und Highspeed-Internet. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett mit allen neuen Betten und Kissen, einen Deckenventilator, ein Vollbad, einen montierten Flachbildschirm und einen Lanai-Zugang. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat zwei Einzelbetten. Neue Betten mit 3 "Memory Foam-Auflagen, Deckenventilator und Flachbildfernseher. Das Badezimmer befindet sich nur wenige Schritte vor der Tür und kann für ein eigenes Bad geschlossen werden. Das Wohnzimmer verfügt über eine bequeme Couch für 1 Person und einen Liegestuhl zum Entspannen. Unsere Einheit ist nur wenige Schritte vom beheizten Pool, Whirlpool und Tennisplätzen in Wild Pines. Bonita Bay ist eine einfache 25-minütige Fahrt vom Flughafen RSW oder etwa 55 Minuten vom Flughafen Punta Gorda entfernt.

The condo was very elegant, clean, as pictured, and the beds were very comfortable. Mari was a joy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay very much. We spent mornings and sunsets on the lanai, the couch was comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking and baking. As always, the pool and beach shuttle were great.

Our family of 6 have lived in the chilly state of Michigan for all our lives but have always loved the beaches of Florida. Our dreams became reality when we decided to purchase a condo that has all the amenities that we love and yet has a private beachfront park with chairs, umbrellas, spotless bathrooms, yummy food trucks and a shuttle bus that picks the family and all our toys up and drops us at the sand. Our cars stay clean and avoid all the unwanted beach sand. Our favorite part is we can all go together or all go at different times, no paying to park, no hauling chairs...grab your bag and suntan lotion and your off.

The safety features of gated entrance allows us to travel together or alone and feel completely safe. There are always friendly faces to greet you and the sun seems to always shine. We love the walking trails and find it easy to get the exercise in before we head to the beach. In the evenings there is nothing better that sitting in the warm hot tub to laugh about our day's activities.
