Private access to the beach is right across the street for beautiful Bonita beach right on the Gulf of Mexico. Morning beach walks, lazy beach days, and gorgeous sunsets are waiting for you. There is also the large heated pool, tennis courts, and shuffleboard that are all just steps away from this lower level condo with elevator. Boat and Jet ski rentals are close by for fun days on the water and dining/shopping are nearby as well.
The inside of the condo features an open floor plan with a spacious, well appointed living and dining area with great views and lots of natural light. The fully furnished kitchen is open to the living area, has granite tops, great counter space with bar stools, full size appliances, and plenty of utensils for cooking.
The master bedroom has plenty of closet space, king size bed, great views, Hunter Douglas window treatments (late (9/22 installation), access to the screened balcony, ceiling fan, a double sink in the bathroom and glass enclosed shower.
The 2nd bedroom features a queen bed, large closet, access to the screened balcony, ceiling fan, and glass shower.
