Casa Palmera is a delightful south facing villa located in a small, quiet residential area. Just a 8 minute stroll from the picturesque Marina Rubicon with many shops, bars and restaurants and only a 15 minute stroll to the beautiful white sands of Playa Dorada Beach and the town centre.

The villa has three good size bedrooms, all with fitted wardrobes. There is a large living area complete with a well equipped kitchen, dining for 6 and lounge area complete with a 40" LED TV. There are two bathrooms, one with a bath and overhead shower and a second bathroom with a fitted shower cubicle.

There are two covered terraces. One with a built in BBQ for outside dining and seating for 6, the other provides a shaded area near to the pool. The pool is 5.3 m x 2.25 m and is 1.4 m deep throughout with roman steps at one end and is covered throughout the year (heating optional upon request).

The Villa is very well equipped with a four ring electric ceramic hob with an oven and grill.

A microwave, fridge freezer and a washing machine are also fitted.

Air conditioning/heating units are in the living room and all bedrooms (coin operated)

The main bedroom has a king size bed, the second a double bed and there are two single beds in the third bedroom.

A cot and a highchair are available upon request for an additional charge.
