The comfortably elegant furnishings in the living area are thoughtfully arranged so that you can take in the views and enjoy your guests. There's a queen sleeper sofa and a flat screen TV in this room as well. And of course, for all your electronics there is also dedicated free Wi-Fi.
When you want to smell the sea air as you enjoy the view, step out onto the large BALCONY with stunning 180-degree beach views. Enjoy your morning coffee or dinner al fresco; the sunrise and sunset views are just breathtaking!
It may be hard to get you back inside – but when dinner's ready, you'll want to be the first one seated in the dining area. The dining table seats 6 people, and there is seating for more at the bar.
The large, open kitchen has spacious cabinets, Granite counters and stainless-steel refrigerator. We want you to feel at home, so we have thoughtfully equipped this kitchen. You'll find a toaster, hand mixer, dishes, flatware, professional cookware, Keurig K-Cup coffee maker and a regular drip coffee maker.
KING MASTER SUITE WITH OCEAN VIEWS
This incredible master bedroom has floor to ceiling windows on three sides so that you can enjoy the sunrise from the comfortable King Bed and wake up to amazing views of the Gulf. Your bed will be made with super-soft Egyptian cotton sheets, fluffy pillows and a luxurious quilt. You'll appreciate the desk and chair if you need to do a little work while on vacation, although it may not be easy to take your eyes off the incredible view! There are two nightstands with reading lamps, as well as a flat screen TV and dresser in this amazing bedroom and an enormous closet in the attached bathroom.
MASTER Bathroom #1
This incredibly spacious bathroom is attached to King Master Suite #1 and features tile work throughout, an extra-large vanity with two sinks and a private commode. You'll appreciate the inviting jetted tub, large custom glass shower, large, fluffy bath towels, personal hair dryer and the very generous space in the closet.
DOUBLE QUEEN SUITE--Bay side
This bright and spacious bedroom is in the center of the condo and has a 2 QUEEN BEDS with super-soft Egyptian cotton sheets, lovely quilts and a flat screen TV. It has a large window, and a nightstand with lamp make this a comfortable place to curl up with a good book. A dresser and double closet provide ample space for your things. Your full bath is next door, and you can close the pocket door to the hallway for a totally private suite.
Bathroom #2
This well-appointed bathroom includes a vanity with sink, commode and beautiful tile shower. You'll also welcome the large, fluffy bath towels and personal hair dryer in this bathroom. It's located inside the Double Queen Suite #2; you can choose to close the pocket door to the hallway for a private suite or leave it open to the hallway.
KING MASTER SUITE - Bay Side
This lovely, private bedroom at the front of the condo features a comfortable King bed with 100% Egyptian cotton sheets, beautiful quilt and a flat screen TV. Double windows, bedside tables with reading lamps and a large dresser add to the comfortable features in this room. An attached full bath completes this lovely private retreat within this amazing vacation home.
MASTER Bathroom #3
Attached to King Master Suite #3, this bathroom has a vanity with sink, commode and a new walk-in tile shower. You'll also find big, fluffy bath towels and a personal hair dryer here.
For your convenience – you'll find a full-size washer and dryer in this unit. There's also wi-fi, in case you need to work while on vacation, or would like to enjoy your wireless devices. We also provide for our youngest guests - you'll find a pack-n-play and a highchair in the home too.

Snowbird: Monthly rates during November through February are available.
🏡 House Rules for Jade East 1620
Rental Agreement and Security Verification: Must be signed within 48 hours of booking.
Occupancy: Maximum 8 guests preferred; up to 10 guests allowed with extra charge. No more than 10 people at any time. No 10-adult groups.
Age Requirement: Booking guest must be at least 25 years old and stay for the entire trip.
Children: Children 16 and older are counted as adults for occupancy.
No Pets: Pets are not permitted in this unit.
No Smoking: No smoking or vaping inside the condo or on the balcony. A fee will apply for violations.
Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM.
Trash: Bag and dispose of all trash in the dumpster before leaving. No trash outside doors or balconies.
Towels and Linens: Please gather all used towels and place them in the showers before checkout.
Appliances: Turn off all lights, TVs, and appliances before departure.
Lock Up: Ensure all doors and windows are securely locked when you leave.
Beach Towels: Bring your own beach towels. Our bath towels must stay inside.
Check-Out: Follow the checkout instructions provided in your house manual for a smooth departure.
