All three bedrooms are located on the second floor, and are designed with fully furnished with luxury bedding, Smart TVs, dressers, and closets. You will feel at home in no time with the beautiful and cozy décor!
The master bedroom on the first floor is perfect for seniors or guests who do not want to climb stairs, it is decorated with ocean theme, and comes with a king bed and en-suite bathroom.
The master bedroom upstairs is perfect for parents, it comes with a spacious private balcony for you to enjoy Florida beautiful sunlight. The bedroom has a comfy king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom.
The third bedroom has very unique design and feel, it features a King-size bed.
The Pokémon themed bedroom is a dream come true, complete with two bunk beds and each with 2 single beds. it also has all the Pokémon decor to awe your Kids. The room could sleep four kids or teens.
If you have more than ten guests, the comfy queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room is an additional sleeping option.

This is a self-catering property. If any initial supplies (Keurig k-cups, trash bags, paper products, soaps, detergents, etc.) that have been provided are used up, you will need to purchase your own for your use. Stored are just 5 minutes away.
Garbage Collection
Garbage is to be placed in the bin under the bench at the front porch. It will be collected on the days indicated on the note posted on the bench. Excessive/large items should be dropped in the dumpster located at the intersection of Corvette Ln and T-Bird Ln.

We do not accommodate any kind of animals because the owners are severely allergic to all types of animal hairs.
Parents please instruct your kids to not make any drawing on the wall. It may cost a lot to repaint the wall in order to restore its original state.
It is well-known that there are many types of insects around houses in Florida, especially in natural areas. We have hired a pest control company to treat inside and outside of the property on monthly basis to exterminate the insects. However, you are still expected to see insects occasionally which were brought into the house after the treatment through the open-doors and the previous guest`s shopping bags or luggage. Please clean food crumbs and garbage from the house daily in order to not attract insects into the house.
