The Space:

Step inside this newly furnished retreat, where thoughtful design and cool sapphire tones set a calming coastal mood. The living room invites you to sink into a deep-blue velour sofa with chaise, surrounded by two accent chairs and a cozy sitting bench. Soft touches of blue carry throughout the space—echoing water, sky, and polish pottery motifs. Sliding glass doors lead to the back patio, where a shaded overhang, twin ceiling fans, and a grassy yard create the perfect place to unwind after a day in the parks.



The kitchen gleams with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and both drip and on-demand coffee options to suit every morning mood. Counter seating for four and a dining table for eight make gathering easy, whether for family meals or casual takeout nights. For entertainment, head to the garage game room, a true crowd-pleaser featuring a multi-game table (pool and air hockey), foosball, smart TV, sofa with ottomans, loveseat, and even a PS5 gaming console. Ten bar stools line the room for late-night hangouts, while a desk provides a convenient workspace if needed. Back upstairs, the loft offers a quieter escape with a smart TV and two comfortable chairs—a perfect spot to enjoy a favorite show or unwind before bed.

PLEASE NOTE: Backyard upgrades are currently underway. This includes patio demolition and construction, as well as a new hot tub installation. The home remains fully available for booking and all main amenities inside the house are unaffected.

Guests can still enjoy the property, but please be aware that there may be some construction activity in the backyard area during the day. We are taking every step to ensure minimal disruption and maintain a comfortable stay.

All other features, including the fully equipped kitchen, private pool, and living spaces, are completely ready for your enjoyment.



This home comfortably sleeps 17 guests between 5 private bedrooms, a twin size sleeper sofa in the living room, and a convertible twin size sleeper in the loft.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, a bench that pulls out into a twin size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a walk-in shower.



Bedroom #2 includes a king size bed, a chair, and a smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, a chair, and a smart TV.



Bedroom #4 is Encanto themed and includes 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds and a smart TV.



Bedroom #5 is Super Mario themed and includes 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds and a smart TV.



This home also includes a half bathroom with a pedestal sink and an additional full guest bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• SHOES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE WORN IN THE HOUSE.

• All showers are equipped with filters.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Driveway parking for 2 vehicles available, plus additional street parking available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

• Please note, guests do not have access to Encore Reunion Resort water park, the main clubhouse pools, or golf.

• Miscellaneous Fee(s):

o Optional onsite BBQ rental for $150.

o Portable crib and high chair rentals for $75 each.
