To help ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, please review the following information before booking:
Minimum booking age: 25 years old.
Pre-check-in form: A completed pre-check-in form is required within 24 hours of confirming your reservation.
Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.
Registered guests only: Only guests included on the reservation are permitted on the property. Unauthorized visitors are not allowed.
No smoking: Smoking or vaping inside the apartment is strictly prohibited and will result in a $750 fine.
No pets: Pets are not permitted. Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fine.
Starter supplies: We provide an initial supply of toiletries, towels, and other essentials for your arrival. Once these are used, guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies locally. An on-site washer and dryer is available for your convenience during your stay.

Safety & Security
For the safety and security of our guests and the property, the home is equipped with:
Exterior security cameras that actively record the front door/entryway, parking area, bbq area, and backyard. These cameras monitor exterior spaces only.
A noise monitoring device that measures noise levels to help prevent excessive disturbances. This device does not record conversations or audio.
There are no cameras or recording devices inside the apartment, private living spaces, or bedrooms.
