*** VERY MALICIOUS FAKE REVIEW *** 1) fay, Thank You! for staying with us and upon check out letting us know it was a great stay and that you truly loved our home!!! Your first sentence on the malicious review means a lot to us" the villa is very well decorated and maintained " . Thank You! for stating this good in the beginning of your review. the low 1 star rating you gave us, doesn't match what you truly experience, because you know OVERALL was 5 star, house rules was 5 star, clean was a 5 star + , and communication was also a 5 star + . 2) every guest pays a deposit and also pays for CSA insurance , which covers you for property damages caused accidentally ! if you case your own claim to be denied for not cooperating with CSA, then you r deposit will be held . 3) all of our homes have a walk through , this was done prior to your arrival , within mins of your check in time , and also upon your check out. 4) when you left , we notified you that our brand new oven had the glass broken, you responded that you sister did all the cooking , and that you do no know because you don't cook. 5) then you stated that she didn't break it, we told you , that's what the insurance is for ,for accidental damages, however you refused to cooperate with CSA for the claim on YOUR policy , causing CSA to deny the claim, which caused for your deposit to be held until you provided CSA what they needed. you took many months to achieve this and lied various times to the both companies and it got you no where ! 6) it took that long because you didn't do your part, and you do not expect us to assume the responsibility of your damages in our NEW home. Replacement for that glass was well over $1000 , and I'm not in the business of replacement of glasses, sorry . This wasn't provided to you in the manner , and she couldn't have used the oven with a broken glass , so its was damaged by her since you said you don't cook. 7) the only man that came into the back by the pool , during your stay , was the pool company folks, you personally requested additional services for the pool , due to the leaves from the mango and avocado trees that are in the back yard. You requested this and within mins it was addressed , not sure if your lack of communication to your guests, caused them to believe is was a man who wasn't supposed to be on the property, but that wasn't the case. Plus the house is completely "PRIVATELY FENCED all around the back by the pool . No one just walks into your pool since its not PUBLIC POOL. So you do know , you had a great time , and you thanked us for such, you stated you had "no issues" , and we responded extremely promptly to any questions you had. However , we thank you for staying with us , but after the threats and disrespectful manner which you carried yourself for damages you or your guests , caused to our home , and not being responsible enough to accept your guests actions while staying at my home, we will not be renting to you again !

Thank you for Staying with us There’s a beach trolley that stops infront of the house , and it only cost $1 . It takes you directly to the beach and back to the house , and it’s onky like a 3 min ride Next time ;)

Ismael We communicated well and you never mentioned that you needed more towels . There’s more in the linen closet maybe you missed it . You never called us about the WiFi, we could have troubleshoot it for you. Upon your checked we noticed that your kids unplugged the WiFi router. You had so much people at the property , much more than what you booked .
