The main floor is an entertainer`s dream, featuring the dual-island kitchen and flowing out to the pool, jacuzzi, and barbecue area. The first floor conveniently hosts four bedroom suites. The third floor is dedicated to the magnificent master suite—a private sanctuary with a spa-like bathroom, private balcony, and access to the rooftop deck.

• Guests: A maximum of 16 guests are permitted on the property.
• Events: Parties and events are not allowed.
• Smoking: No smoking, vaping, or e-cigarettes are permitted inside the villa.
• Quiet Hours: Please be mindful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am daily.
• Security: For your safety, the property is monitored by 24-hour security cameras on the exterior perimeter only. There are also noise monitors in the common areas to comply with city ordinances (these do not record sound, only measure decibel levels).
• Commercial Use: Commercial photography and filming are allowed, but please discuss this with us prior to booking.
• Only pre-approved vendors authorized by Luxuri are permitted on the property. For security and quality assurance purposes, we do not allow any vendors or service providers who have not been reviewed and approved through our official Luxuri process.
• Parking is limited to a maximum of two vehicles. Please note that any vehicle brought by a vendor associated with your stay will be counted toward this two-vehicle limit.
