A fully renovated first floor (2025) and easy access to many amenities await you in this immaculate, pet-friendly villa tucked in a quiet corner of Beachwalk Villas in Shipyard, Hilton Head Island.
As you enter, you are welcomed into the open-concept first floor by a sunny atrium with a charming window seat for reading and morning coffee (both Keurig and regular coffee maker available). The beautiful, new kitchen features a large island with seating for three, luxurious quartz countertops, ample cabinet and pantry space, and everything you need to prepare a meal while enjoying unobstructed views to the back deck.
Warm, wood-tone luxury vinyl plank floors guide you to the dining area, with seating for six, and the spacious family room includes a dry bar with a wine/beverage fridge and a large Smart TV above the electric fireplace. A wide sliding door opens to the back deck which seats six and overlooks lush low-country vegetation and a grassy area.
Upstairs comfortably sleeps 6 guests in 2 bedrooms, each with a private full bathroom, ample closet space, and new smart TVs. The spacious primary bedroom features a vaulted ceiling, skylights, a new Vaughn Bassett king-size bed with a back protector mattress, and a large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom comfortably features 2 queen beds. New appliances are located in the second-floor laundry. Cable television and high-speed internet are included.
Enjoy a short, 6-minute walk under a canopy of beautiful trees along the path to Shipyard’s private beach access. Bicycle parking, private restrooms, and outdoor showers are located at the beach access and lifeguards are present seasonally. The beach itself is great for relaxing, family fun, walking/biking/running, and viewing stunning sunsets. Adjacent to the beach access, but hidden behind the dunes, is the Sonesta Resort which includes a spa, restaurants, and bar which are open to the public.
