This newly built (2025) upscale retreat offers four sleeping areas and four full bathrooms, along with two convenient half baths, across two thoughtfully designed levels, comfortably accommodating up to twelve guests. With a stunning great room and an amenity-packed lower-level game room, many guests find everything they need without ever leaving the cabin.

Despite its peaceful setting, the best of the High Country is close at hand. The charming town of Banner Elk—home to inviting restaurants, antique shops, and grocery stores—is less than ten miles away. Sugar Mountain Ski Resort and Beech Mountain Ski Resort are both within a 35-minute drive, and the historic village of Valle Crucis is just four miles from the cabin.

Step inside to a welcoming great room featuring plush leather seating, a flat-screen TV, and a cozy gas-log fireplace. Rich wood floors, tongue-and-groove walls, and soaring ceilings with exposed beams create an authentic yet upscale cabin atmosphere. The open-concept layout flows seamlessly into the gourmet kitchen and dining area, making it the perfect space to gather, cook, and reconnect. Just outside, the covered deck overlooks seasonal mountain views and is furnished with custom tables, chairs, and classic Adirondack rockers—an ideal spot to unwind in the quiet mountain air.

The lower level is dedicated to fun and relaxation. Here you'll find a spacious family game room with theater-style seating, a stacked-stone gas fireplace, and a large-screen TV. Entertainment options include two multi-game arcade machines, foosball, air hockey, and a selection of board games, along with a drink bar complete with a beverage chiller. Step out onto the lower-level deck to enjoy additional seating and a soothing hot tub.

Sleeping accommodations are designed with comfort and privacy in mind. The main-level primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom with a large tiled shower. A second main-level bedroom offers a king bed and twin-over-twin bunk, along with a TV, deck access, and an ensuite bathroom. Downstairs, guests will find a bedroom with two double beds and a bunk room with two double-over-double bunk beds—both with ensuite bathrooms.

Additional amenities include five TVs equipped with Roku, streaming capabilities, and Wi-Fi, along with central heating and air conditioning. The home features a sloping gravel drive that levels into a spacious parking area for multiple vehicles. A covered front entrance is equipped with a Ring doorbell camera for added security.
