LAYOUT:
There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom located on the main floor. Bedroom # 3 with an en-suite bathroom is located in the ultra bright and spacious basement. There is also a sofa bed in the basement living room where we have a designated office desk and a second 55 inch smart tv.

There is direct access to the newly constructed deck overlooking the exceptionally large backyard. We have patio furniture and a BBQ.

We are located on a 2 lane main road however this provides for much quicker and more convenient access to the bus, subway station and restaurants/coffee shops

**Our landscaping service cuts the grass precisely every 2 weeks. He may come to cut the grass during your visit if it falls within the grass cutting schedule**

• Guests will have private use of the entire home (main floor & Basement)

• 3 parking spots available on the driveway

We do not ask our guests to clean and do not have a chore list.

To ensure the safety of our guests, neighbors and community, you must agree to the following house rules. The below rules also help to ensure a clean home for all future guests to enjoy.

• Absolutely no parties or events.
• Max capacity is 6 persons including visitors. The total amount of guests and visitors cannot exceed 6 at any time. You must accurately disclose number of guests at booking.
• Absolutely no smoking of any kind.
• No shoes to be worn inside home for purposes of hygiene.
