We have a strict smoke-free policy in the premises. Absolutely no smoking or vaping in the house.
Two Parking Spots: Park with ease in the driveway and garage.
Please note, the ground floor patio is not included in your access. Over night street parking from the hours of 2am to 6am is not permitted as per local By-Laws, vehicles will be ticketed as a result.
For the City of Brampton, Parking is not permitted:
on any street between the hours of 2 a.m. and 6 a.m.,
on any street for longer than 3 hours; and
on a residential street if your vehicle has a height of more than 2.6m and/or a length of more than 6.7m including any attachments or trailers

One security doorbell camera located on the exterior of front door, will be operational during stay.
One security camera located on the exterior of garage door facing driveway, will be operational during stay.
Alarm system present on premises with motion/door sensors, which guests will have access to via security tablet.
