This is a beautifully decorated 4,000 s.q foot townhouse located near Keele and Wilson in Downsview Park next to Rogers Stadium.
There are a total of 5 spacious bedrooms and 5 baths.
We provide a detailed description of the layout of the home further down below
HOME LAYOUT:
PRIMARY BEDROOM:
The primary Bedroom on the third floor boasts a king bed, spacious ensuite bathroom & 50 inch TV.
BEDROOMS 2 and 3:
Bedrooms 2 and 3 are located on the
second floor. They both have a queen bed. There is 1 full bathroom on this floor.
BEDROOM 4 and 5:
Bedrooms 4 and 5 are located on the top floor (4th). They both have a queen bed. This floor has 2 full bathrooms.
BASEMENT:
We have an office room with a desk and chair, as well the 5th full bathroom of the home. Our laundry room is here as well.
LOCATION (distance by vehicle):
We are located in Downsview Park near all the major highways conveniently connecting you to all parts of the Greater Toronto Area.
• Downsview Park & Scotia Bank Pond - 5 minutes
• Rogers Stadium - 5 minutes
• Yorkdale Mall - 5 minutes
• York university- 10 minutes
• Pearson airport - 15 minutes

GUEST ACCESS:
• You will have access to the entire 5 level townhome
• 2 parking spots are located in the garage. Overnight street parking is NOT permitted. It can lead to a parking ticket.

We do not ask our guests to clean and do not have a chore list. However, we ask you to read the below rules to ensure the safety of our guests and neighbors as well as the tranquility of our community
These rules are also vital to ensure that our home is in pristine condition for all future guests to enjoy:
• Absolutely no Parties & events.
• Mark the actual amount of guests that will be staying. Max capacity is 10 persons including any visitors. This means that the total amount of overnight guests and visitors cannot exceed 10 people in total. This is a firm rule.
• Absolutely no smoking of any kind. We are a better fit for non-smokers.
• No shoes to be worn inside to ensure hygiene and cleanliness.
• No pets.
