PRIMARY BEDROOM:
The primary Bedroom is located on the second floor and boasts a king pillow top bed, ensuite bathroom and 40 inch TV

BEDROOM 2:
Bedroom 2 is located on the main floor and includes a king pillow top bed

BEDROOM 3
Bedroom 3 is located on the main floor beside Bedroom 2 and it includes a Queen pillow top bed

BEDROOM 4
Bedroom 4 is located in the basement with a Queen pillow top bed, kitchenette, ensuite bath

KITCHEN
Our fully stocked chef's kitchen is located on the main floor. There are also an additional 2 kitchenettes in the finished basement.

LIVING ROOM
Includes a 3 piece genuine leather sofa set and mounted 50 inch TV.

DINING ROOM
6 Seat dining table located next to the living room. There is also a 4 seat breakfast table in the basement.

BASEMENT
Includes 1 bedroom with ensuite bath and kitchenette, a spa room with a Sauna and Jetted tub, a second Kitchennete with a foosball table.

SPA ROOM
The Spa Room is located inside a very large bathroom that includes a Jacuzzi (jetted tub), a curbless shower and a Sauna. We have a kitchenette conveniently located beside this room where you can bring your refreshments into the Spa room.

GUEST ACCESS:
Guests will have access to all three levels of the home with full privacy. This is one of the few homes in the area that provides you with access to the entire home including basement

We do not ask our guests to clean and do not have a chore list.

To ensure the safety of our guests, neighbors and community, you must agree to the following house rules. The below rules also help to ensure a clean home for all future guests to enjoy.

• Absolutely no parties or events.

• Max capacity is 8 persons including visitors. The total amount of guests and visitors cannot exceed 8 at any time. You must accurately disclose number of guests at booking.

• Absolutely no smoking of any kind.

• No shoes to be worn inside home for purposes of hygiene.

• No pets.
