Bedrooms:
3 spacious and inviting bedrooms on the second floor, each designed to ensure a restful night's sleep due to comfortable mattresses and bedding:
- Master Bedroom: King-size bed with en-suite bathroom, offering privacy and luxury.
- Second Bedroom: Queen-size bed, ideal for couples or friends.
- Third Bedroom: Full bunk bed with twin trundle, perfect for children or solo adventurers. Note that top bunk bed is not suitable or safe for adults.
- Additional bedding: Full sleeper sofa in the living room and a 'Nursery Center Playard' full bassinet in the master.

Bathrooms:
- 2 full bathrooms equipped with modern fixtures and fresh towels.
- 0.5 additional bathroom for added convenience.

Living Spaces:
- Open-concept living area with comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun or gathering with family and friends.

Other things to note:
We provide a starter kit of amenities to get you through your first 24-48 hours until have time to get to the store to retrieve remaining necessities for your stay. That includes:

Oil & salt, pepper & some spices for cooking
Coffee bar with a few k-pods, creamer & sweeteners
3 kitchen trash can liners
3 dishwasher pods
3 laundry detergent pods
2 full rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
1 full roll of paper towels
1 set of travel size shampoo, conditioner and bar of soap per bathroom

All other desired amenities are the responsibility of the guest.
