Registration, Parking & Pet Details

Sugar Beach Resort Registration
All guests and vehicles must be registered with the Sugar Beach HOA upon arrival. The current resort registration fee is $37, which covers guest and vehicle registration. Additional resort rules and guidelines will be provided during the registration process.

Parking & Vehicle Information
All vehicles must be registered with the resort and include the vehicle's make, model, year, color, and license plate number. A welcome package will be provided upon arrival, or the next business day for after-hours arrivals.

Trailer & Motorcycle Parking
Trailers, boats, and motorcycles are permitted but must be registered and approved by the HOA. Trailer and boat parking is $100 and is limited to the designated overflow parking area near the entrance gate. Larger trailers may require additional parking spaces.

Pet-Friendly Details
We're happy to welcome your four-legged family members! This property allows up to two dogs or cats with prior owner approval.

2 Pets: $120 (3 days or less) | $200 (4 or more days)
All pets must be registered with the Sugar Beach HOA upon arrival, provide proof of current vaccinations, and wear their issued pet tag at all times. Pets must remain leashed in common areas and are permitted only in designated pet-walk areas. Certain breeds are restricted, including but not limited to Akitas, Chows, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Pit Bulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, Staffordshire Terriers, Wolf hybrids, and other breeds restricted by the HOA. Unregistered pets or violations of the community pet policy may result in fines or additional charges.

Initial Supplies

UMB Vacations provides a starter set of essential items to help you settle in comfortably before your trip to the grocery store. These initial supplies include dishwasher detergent, a small packet of laundry detergent, and basic bathroom amenities (similar to hotel-size and not restocked), such as shampoo, conditioner, and a bar of soap. Each bathroom is stocked with one roll of toilet paper, and the kitchen includes one roll of paper towels. All bed linens and bath towels are provided for your stay. We recommend that guests bring their own beach towels for use at the pool and beach.

Enso Boarding Pass

After booking, you will receive a link to your Enso Boarding Pass. This digital guest portal will include everything you need for your stay, including check-in and check-out details, property information, guidebooks, and local recommendations. You'll also have access to bookable activities and any available add-ons, including pet fees or optional upsells, which you can review and agree to directly through the platform before your arrival.
