The Space:

To get to the beach it's only a 5min walk. The popular 5th ave is only 100m away from the building, where you'll find shops, restaurants and nightlife!
Getting Around:
There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, including Salento, The Pitted Date (vegan), Ojo de Agua, La Cueva del Chango, Pizza Piola, and La Vagabunda. There’s also a 7-Eleven just 50 meters away.

We offer travel cribs for 15USD per stay, including a mattress, sheets, and a blanket. Availability is limited and must be requested before your arrival. Please ensure you receive our confirmation after requesting. Contact us early to secure a crib for your little one.

The supermarket next door has air conditioning units near the balcony that create a constant background noise if the doors are open. We measured it, and it doesn't exceed 48-50 dB. Many guests describe it as "gray noise," similar to white noise, and consider it neutral or even beneficial for sleep. Additionally, there is currently construction work going on in the adjacent building, so you can occasionally hear typical construction noises during the day.
