Nick Price Residences is a wonderful exclusive sports-oriented/golf complex inside the 24/7 guard-gated Corasol Community. This is a stunning residential area loaded with phenomenal amenities and activities. You'll find incredible common areas to enjoy like the rooftop pool with golf course views and a modern fitness center. Guests may also use the luxurious swimming pool and lounge area Lorena Ochoa just a few minutes away. And don't forget there is a beach just steps away with loungers for sunbathing, and a restaurant and bar there so you don't even need to leave the complex if you want to eat out!

The condo’s located inside the Corasol Community, a modern residential community north Playa del Carmen and situated on the Caribbean Sea with everything you need just a short drive, taxi, bike or walk away. If a golfer, you're in luck as the Gran Coyote Golf Club is onsite at Nick Price!
- You're not far from the north side of 5th Ave. You can bike, walk or take a 5-min taxi ride to the prime spot of 5th Ave where you'll find cafes, bars, restaurants, boutiques & plenty of people-watching!
- Vibrant shopping malls in town like Paseo del Carmen, Quinta Alégria, & the shops at Calle Corazón with dozens of boutiques, international chains & restaurants.
- Super Walmart & Soriana supermarkets plus convenience stores like 7-11 & OXXO a short drive away.

We provide some bottled drinking water, high-quality bed linens, bath and beach towels, kitchen equipment, fiber optic Wi-Fi, and SmartTV all complimentary. If you need an airport transfer, we can help with that too!
There is no daily housekeeping but if you'd like the place cleaned during your stay we can have that arranged at an extra cost. Just let us know in advance so we can arrange when our crew can come in and tidy up. If you'd like your linens and towels changed as well that's an additional fee.
Electricity is included for short-term stays (2-27 nights), but to save energy, please keep the AC temperature at 25°C and turn it off each time you leave. Electricity is not included for long-term rentals (28 nights or more), instead, you'll be charged based on the meter reading at check-in and check-out. The rate is proportionate to the number of days stayed.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
House Rules:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages occurred during their stay or necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters will be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid from moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed unless there is prior authorization and an extra fee may apply if such is given.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- It is requested to use the Safety Deposit Box for all your valuables. We will not be held responsible for any loss or theft.
- Pool and common area regulations and opening hours have to be respected. The use of music devices in common areas is prohibited. Glassware, bottles, food, and coolers are not allowed in the pool. The use of disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. You’ll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.
