Newly updated 3 Bedroom/2 bath in the highly desired Building #3. With 3 onsite pools (1 indoor pool, 1 seasonally HEATED outdoor pool) and only a 5 minute boardwalk to the beach. Guests have access to a fitness center, Indoor walk track, sauna, steam, seasonal golf cart shuttle. Enjoy 6 lighted tennis courts and pickle ball, grill/picnic area, bar, general store and deli located pool side. On site bike rentals. Resort is minutes from Shelter Cove shopping area and delicious restaurants.


This spacious unit features a large open living and dining area, three bedrooms (one king and two queens), a fully equipped and furnished kitchen, and two full bathrooms. For your convenience, the condo includes a washer/dryer combo, smart TVs in every bedroom, and cable in the living room. Additional amenities include a Pack ’n Play, two pull-out cots, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, and beach towels. The kitchen is stocked for everyday needs and includes both a Keurig with drip and pod options, making it easy to enjoy your morning coffee.

Hilton Head Resort includes 3 pools; 1 main outdoor pool (seasonally heated) in building 1, a smaller outdoor pool in building 4, and a heated indoor pool in building 3.

Take a relaxing 6 minute stroll on the boardwalk to reach the beach, or ride the courtesy golf cart shuttle (seasonal).

Enjoy Coco's on the Beach, the resort's oceanfront bar and grill with excellent food and fantastic drinks (closed November 1 through mid-March). Coco's has on site restrooms, just steps away from the beach.

Have lunch in the grill/picnic area, and unwind at the poolside bar. Plus, there's a general store and deli for your convenience. On site bike rental is located under building 2. Elevators are on site to make your stay even more comfortable.

Dive into paradise at Building 1, featuring a the large main outdoor pool (seasonally heated) with a lively poolside bar & deli/grill! Conveniently located bathrooms and a nearby store with food, snacks, t-shirts, and other beach necessities ensure you have everything you need. Enjoy the outdoor pools and bars from late March to mid-October, weather permitting (dates subject to change).

Building 2 is your urban oasis packed with top-notch amenities! Take a tranquil stroll through the garden, bask in the sunshine on our expansive sun deck, perfect for soaking up rays or stargazing by night. Challenge friends to a match at the badminton court, a dynamic space for both casual and competitive play. Ready for adventure? Rent a bike from Ocean View, the onsite bike rental service, with daily and weekly rental rates. Building 2 offers a perfect blend of relaxation and recreation for an unforgettable stay!

Building 3 has amenities to enjoy year-round! Here you'll find the indoor heated pool, kid's pool, hot tub, exercise room, sauna, steam room, and jogging track—perfect for cooler or rainy days. There's also a small arcade room with a cash/change machine for extra entertainment.

Get ready for endless outdoor fun at Building 4! Enjoy six newly resurfaced, lighted tennis courts, a smaller outdoor pool, and two pickleball courts. We supply 2 pickleball paddles and balls for your use! Fire up the barbecue grills and relax on the new picnic tables—just bring your own BBQ supplies charcoal, and food!
