Willkommen in unserem Zuhause. Wir möchten sicherstellen, dass unsere Gäste den Komfort von zu Hause und noch mehr genießen. Sie öffnen die Tür zu einem schön eingerichteten Haus. Die Küche hat Edelstahlgeräte mit neuen Schränken aufgerüstet. Alle Bequemlichkeiten, die Sie in der Küche erwarten würden, glaube ich, dass Sie finden werden. Genießen Sie den frischen neuen Parkettboden, während Sie im Familienzimmer mit Blick auf die Gärten im Innenhof entspannen.

Die Schlafzimmer sind alle frisch eingerichtet. Unsere Zweibettzimmer verfügen über 2 Einzelbetten, eine große Kommode, einen Nachttisch und einen 26-Zoll-LCD-Flachbildfernseher. Unser Gästezimmer verfügt über ein Queensize-Bett mit einer großen Kommode, einem Nachttisch und einem 26-Zoll-LCD-Flachbildfernseher. Beide Zimmer teilen sich 2 Badezimmer, ein großes Vollbad und ein großes 1/2 Bad.

Unser Hauptschlafzimmer ist ein Paradies. Mit einem voll ausgestatteten Queen-Size-Schlafzimmer und einem 26-Zoll-LCD-Flachbildfernseher werden Sie den Raum niemals verlassen wollen. Das Hauptbadezimmer wurde umgebaut, um eine hochmoderne Dusche mit Whirlpool, Regendusche und Handbrause zu bieten.

Unser Wohnzimmer ist komplett möbliert, verfügt über einen 37-Zoll-Flachbildfernseher und blickt auf eine friedliche Lagune mit Springbrunnen. Sie können auf dem Balkon sitzen und sich entspannen, während Sie den feinen Wasserspritzern lauschen.

Da wir eine Endeinheit sind, haben wir viel Licht in unserer Wohnung. Insgesamt gibt es 3 Balkone, von denen sich der Hauptbalkon neben dem Wohnzimmer befindet. Der Meister hat einen eigenen Balkon und ein kürzerer Balkon befindet sich auch außerhalb des Küchenbereichs.

Wir haben eine einzigartige Eigenschaft, die in Eigentumswohnungen nur selten zu finden ist und die dem neuesten Stand der Technik entspricht. Wenn Sie ein Allergiker sind, werden Sie definitiv einen Unterschied in unserer Wohnung bemerken, da die Luft sehr sauber ist und Sie sich keine Sorgen über muffige Gerüche machen müssen, die Sie an anderen Orten erlebt haben, in denen Sie übernachtet haben .

WLAN ist immer verfügbar und steht nur in unserer Wohnung zur Verfügung. Ein Passcode wird bereitgestellt. Wir stellen Ihnen auch ROKU zur Verfügung. Wenn Sie Netflix, Amazon oder andere Dienste sehen möchten, können Sie sich mit Ihren Konten anmelden.

Es ist sehr wichtig, dass Sie die Sorgfalt verstehen, die wir verwenden, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Gäste einen fantastischen Aufenthalt haben. Wir aktualisieren ständig unsere Wohnung. Excellent place in a great location

We had a great time! The owner was excellent with communicating before and during the stay. The unit was perfect for our group of five. It was spacious, clean and well decorated. The location was great with the beach access walkway right across the street and an easy walk or bike ride to the shops and restaurants at Coligny Plaza. The unit is on the second floor with easy access to the entrance and pool area. The view of the lagoon and pool was great. The closet of beach chairs, toys, a wagon, beach umbrellas and tennis racquets was an added bonus! The laundry area was conveniently located a few doors down the hallway close to the unit. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

Relaxing Coastal Retreat

I had an amazing stay at this property. The place is beautifully decorated and very welcoming. The living room was cozy and the balcony overlooking the lagoon was perfect for relaxing. The shower in the master bath felt like a spa experience. Internet was fast and we loved having ROKU to watch our favorite shows. It was clear the owners put a lot of thought into every detail, from the comfy beds to stocking beach necessities. Overall, I highly recommend this condo for a worry-free vacation.

Great place to stay!

We loved the location of the condo, with a 10 min walk to the beach! Very spacious bedrooms. Loved the shower in the master bedroom. Lots of beach supplies( chairs, umbrella, wagon and beach toys if you have little ones. We really liked sitting out on the balcony that overlooks the pool.

Excellent

This was our first experience staying in a place besides a hotel and our first experience at Hilton Head. We were very pleased with the condo. It was very clean and our family of 5 slept comfortably here. The unit is very quiet and family friendly. My kids enjoyed the small pool and the short walk across the road to the beach. This condo is right in the heart of everything. We rented bikes and rode to Coligny Plaza and to the beach easily. We will certainly be returning. Thank you for a relaxing, pleasant vacation.

Very Clean, fresh, relaxing and close to the beach

We really enjoyed our stay at your condo. Upon opening the door , it was like walking into a different place. Your place was so clean and fresh and having the bright windows with the end unit was a plus. The master bedroom with the balcony was enjoyable each morning while having our coffee. I love the fact that you have a Keurig so we can have our own coffee flavors. Access to the beach was easy and quick. Thanks for the use of your place.

Great Owner and Management Close to Everything

Check in was easy and the Owner was great. Very pleased with our stay the condo has new furniture the best 4 Jet , Rain and Handheld shower in the Master. Easy in and out. On 2nd floor we used the stairs more than the elevator. Nice kitchen and great decor, the bed have memory foam pillow tops and fans in bed rooms make for a good nights sleep. The trash shoot drop and laundry were conveniently located. Everything you need. Beach is across the street! The back gate entrance into Seapones was super convenient an easy! We were in Harbortown on a 5 min ride. Love the Stay.

The Perfect Little Getaway Spot

My family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children, ages 1 and 3) spent a week here before the summer season. It was convenient to everywhere we wanted to be whether by foot, bike or car. The unit was nicely decorated, well stocked with towels 😀, kitchen appliances, etc, and the perfect layout for midday naps and not feeling too cramped. We all loved the master shower 😁, especially after a day in the sun. The kids loved watching the moat from the balconies and seeing turtles, fish and birds. It was nice to have beach and tennis supplies in the closet as well. The dehumidifier was a great help for our hanging damp clothing. If we ever make it back to Hilton Head, we will see if this place is available again.

Very Clean Place to Stay

This unit was very clean, was very sound proof from room to room, and had plenty of kitchen utensils. The security was a little extreme making it difficult with teenagers who didn't have a key and of course didn't want to stay by their parent's side. Many times of being locked out until someone noticed. Unit is placed in a very convenient place within the complex for access to car and bikes. The available beach cart was wonderful for the short trek to the beach. One thing we weren't prepared for is that the washer and dryer, although conveniently located close to the unit, is an additional fee. We had to really be on wet clothes and towel patrol for the vacation.

Fall Break Getaway

My family and I have not been to a beach in several years and have never been to HHI. The condo was exactly as described and as pictures shown. However, if I owned one of the condos at Xanadu, I would ask maintenance to update the inside foyer from the 'bright white' walls to something more calming (beach blues, turquoise, sandy). The beach was a little more crowded than we are used to, but it is also one of the cleanest beaches that we have ever visited. We were close to the Coligny Park entrance which was wonderful for my handicap mother/father. The beach access point close to the condo was great also! If I had to pick anything that I would recommend providing future renters would be maybe pamphlets, guides to the area. Especially if you are going to the Harbor, which requires an 'entry fee' to the Plantation of $9 each day. We were totally lost the first couple of days and would end up going through the Plantation entrances only to have to turn around (yes we were using GPS-LOL). A plus, were the courtesy golf cart trolleys near Coligny Park. We used those several times. No fee required, just tips. We had a wonderful trip and made many lasting memories!!

Not quite as described

The property could have been cleaner than it was. Windows and ledges in twin bedroom had dead bugs. All furniture needed to be dusted. Our garbage disposal didn’t work and backed up an awful smelling sewage for 24 hours until the plumber arrived. The maintenance person couldn’t snake a drain? The rooms were much smaller than in pictures. Both bathrooms were clean and new/redone. The kitchen area was the biggest problem. There were dirty or poorly cleaned dishes in cupboards and Keurig needed to be cleaned before I could use it. There was a mold line where water must have been left. I contacted owner and made him aware that cleaning wasn’t up to par and only got a response about the sink issue. Overall, location was good and beds were comfortable so after the initial issues with cleaning , we settled in.

Spacious and tons of storage

This would be an excellent long term rental! There is a huge closet in the guest bath and double closets in the spare bedrooms, a big closet in the master and a nice pantry in the kitchen. The mattresses IMO need replaced. We had 5 adults and no one liked the mattresses. There are 4” foam toppers on them. Also, a large cutting board would be nice, but we did little cooking. The turtles did love cantaloupe! This unit is so close to Coligny (less than 10 minute bike ride). A tip, if you ride bikes a lot, you can lay your bike down on the “cut out” area in front of the exit gate and it will open. Also, when returning from the beach, we flipped our folding lounge chair open over the exit gate and the gate opened metal on the “cut out area” of concrete. We parked our truck right next to the gate and kept all of our beach gear and boogie boards and Shubimi in the back. Check out Gringo’s for excellent breakfasts and lunches. Get an extra key and fob—the entry code only worked 1 out of about ten times (manager said it had been acting up), and it locks out if you fail three times in a row. So we only had two keys with fobs for all of us, which was tricky. Also, some spices (garlic powder, cinnamon, steak or chicken rub) and basic baking things (flour, sugar) would be a nice touch. This was the first VRBO we have stayed at that didn't have any seasonings/flour/sugar, and it seems wasteful to buy those things while traveling. Overall, great first visit to Hilton Head. We would definitely return to this unit if we visit the island again. The only negative were the waves. We love boogie boarding and the waves are much better in North Carolina.

Highly recommend - Close to the beach

Highly recommend. Great location that is close to the beach access and Coligny Plaza. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked for cooking. There were beach chairs and tennis equipment and games and puzzles for rainy days. We loved spending the evenings on the living room balcony.

We began our travels down south staying with our parents, but after a couple years, we decided to purchase a place as we knew this would be the place that eventually we would all gather for our family get-togethers. What a blessing. We wanted a place close to the beach so it is convenient to walk to and we wanted a location that was close to the activities but not too close so that you can have solitude if needed.
