Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home during their stay. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent to you on the day of arrival. This message will include entry details, access codes, parking and everything you need for a smooth check-in. • Underground paid parking is available in the building. To arrange valet parking, please contact us.

• A nearby paid lot is also available at 214 N Graham St. Lot, just a 2-minute walk from the building.



As per building policy, ALL guests over the age of 18 must provide a government issued ID upon booking.

The guest completing the booking must complete a background check through our secure 3rd party screening system.



• No pets (building policy) Unauthorized pets will be subject to a $300 dollar clean fee.

• No Smoking. Subject to $500 fee



Building amenities may be temporarily unavailable or closed without prior notice due to maintenance, unforeseen incidents, or management decisions to ensure the health and safety of all residents. While we understand these situations can be inconvenient, they are often beyond our control.



**Starter supplies included. Guests are responsible for restocking consumables after the initial supply.**



**Towel Setup:**

• Each guest is provided with 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth.

• Additional bath towels are available upon request.

• For longer stays, extra towel sets may be provided depending on availability.
